Day 100

So what have you done and what are you planning to do?

I've started on the water. I had planned to weigh myself but forgot (great start) in addition to everything else on my list I'm going to paint my nails later.

Hi everyone,

I had a slightly scary thought- what happens after the 100 days?! Do we wake up looking like Kate Middleton? Do we have a few days off over xmas then carry on into new year? Or do we make a giant bonfire of Shred DVDs to keep out the winter cold?!

Paint I'm hoping and praying that after 100 days all this stuff becomes habit and I do it automatically. I will spend the rest of my days being a fragrant, slim, glossy haired, well groomed princess instead of the hairy scaly troll that is my default setting!

My princessing is going fairly well. Have done another Zumba class today and actually left my car at home and walked a whole mile (its a big deal for me) to the PO.

I've managed another carb free day and I'm going to bed as soon as I've posted this message. Not quite 9pm but v early for me. Plus the takeaway is calling me and I'm determined to resist.

Paint I loved your blog! I've been pondering this myself. I'm hoping to gradually change my mindset and continue on into the new year. I do like The Shred Bonfire idea Grin

Bookmark the only thing better than pancakes and rubella is pancakes and chocolate Philadelphia with dark orange marmalade. It tastes like Christmas. I only discovered this new culinary delight the day before I started this bloody challenge so now it's on the banned list.

Book fairy and motherofnations, I made it to level 2-did the 10 days level 1, legs didnt ache but inam very unfitand had to stop for 5 seconds a bit. Spent much of level 2 staring at the screen in horror:)

My hair looks a mess so that's next on my list.

Have started to make lists of everything that needs doing in the house and home admin, anyone else felt princessing drifting into other areas? Actually, wish my dh would prince, he going to look a bit odd next to the new me!

Like the Christmas bonfire idea:) but am hoping I won't feel like eating so well.

Morning all, have I mentioned I'm trying to sell my house? Well I have an appointment with a new estate agent this afternoon and a viewing tomorrow morning, so after jumping in the shower and doing the usual exfoliating probably a bit of defuzzing and moisturizing I'm not going to get much dozen today.

I'm now following paints blog, but I was wondering if anyone else had a blog can they send a link? I love blogs (hence having 3 of my own!) And I'm struggling to fit mning in and feel like I'm out of the loop with alot of you.

Been struggling a bit. Have a sore knee - from my rubbish attempts at running Sad Hobbling around does not a princess make.
I did buy skin serum and double lash and the crystal nail file - so my hands are groomed and my skin will hopefully look better when these bloody spots dissapear

I've had my vitamins and having my lemon and water now.

Well I've had some morning exercise of sorts Wink I'll body brush,exfoliate,moisturiser and oil hair. I don't know if It'll be a very good diet day because I'm off to visit my mum and she wants me to pop to the butchers on my way there and get her some lamb chops but across the road from the butchers is the most amazing halal bakery so I might have to pop in for a samosa.

Have managed the usual hot water & lemon, exfoliating, moisturising, foot file, eyelash serum, vitamins, two portions oily fish. Just remembered have not drunk any water all day. Grrrrrrr. Will have to guzzle some now.

Still have not Shredded. Am hopeless. Will make a real attempt next week.

Managed quite well yesterday , absolutely shattered last night and had a glass of wine and a slice of cake . So bed early , then woke at 4-30 this morning .
Tired again now ! And it's only just gone lunchtime !
Had a slice of organic wholemeal bread and some cheese with my soup , very nice , and salmon again tonight .
Tesco have supplements on 3 for 2 , I got 3 packs of 30 multi vitamins with cod liver oil . Will just about see me through til Christmas .
Still haven't done excercise , I work at a go to a health club , so can use the gym , is The Shred a mix of cardio and weights ?
Will Google ! And see what I can find out that will give me a few more days

watered vitamins and moisturizing still walking loads but not shredding yet
tooth paste does not seem to be making much differences but going on with it .

Doi The Shred is a mix of cardio, strength and abs. 3-2-1 is the name of the game! Apparently. I've only done it once so far Blush

I've gone to London so anticipate slacking over the next 4 days as I won't be able to spend the necessary amount of time in the bathroom for moisturising/hair faffing etc, plus I forgot my vitamins! Ah well. I had my hair cut today which was one of my aims. I've eaten quite well now that I think about it and managed to resist the over priced yet alluring chocolate on the train, at Euston and at Waterloo. Go me!

Morning Princesses. Well it's now a weeks worth of princessesing done. HOw are we all feeling. I have had good days where I have ticked of most of my list and not so good days where I have hardly ticked anything off. Today is going to be a good day, though wine maybe involved this evening but I don't drink too much anyway so not such a big deal.

Well done bookfiary for resisting the chocolate. I wish I had your will power !

Hello,

I'm rubbish I've not really done anything this week, I spent the first half of the week painting my kitchen and then I've had a snotty cold. But I'm starting today! One week late, so might end up more princess Ann than Kate but ho hum!

I did have a facial yesterday and got a new face wash, serums, moisturiser and eye cream whilst I was there, so baby steps!

Going to write my list today and get on it :)

Well a very good start so far. Muesli and yoghurt with two cups of green tea for breakfast. I have body brushed and moisturised and taken the dog for an early morning walk which has put some colour in my cheeks. Now where us that crown to shine them jewls Wink
