Worst beauty buy?

Your thoughts please so I don't waste my pennies.

I've just purchased another bottle (fool me twice...) of Co-Op nail polish remover that wouldn't shift polish

ever..... ever...... ever.

Benefit cha cha tint- dries on contact, i.e. doesn't allow time for blending and makes me look like aunt Sally

Benefit eye brow kit, makes me look like a chav,
Benefit They're Real mascara- it's shite cos it doesn't come off and glues my lashes together

Ummm, No 7 beautifully balanced cleanser- take bugger all off my face

Mac 'sketch' eyeshadow- makes me look like I've got two shiners

And my very recent dud buy (ie, sunday!) is the illamasqua primer and light foundation. It's too greasy and just meh

Anything by Simple - just hurts. I love clinique three step though.

No 7 nail varnish.
I bought the White Tip and a pale pink to do French Manicure.
But the brushes are so long that the varnish keeps dripping down the length of it so it's impossible for me to get a neat finish.

8-hour is ok for wound healing (!) but heck knows why i splashed out on the lipbalm version. The pong that close to my nose made me retch. Worse, I continued to use it through early preg sickness. Association memories now awful, but do I chuck it out? Nooooo!

All eye creams bring me out in what I call 'pork scratching eye', still buy 'em.

YSL sheer lipsticks. Look & smell fantastic but don't stay put. Smudging lips just moves colour from one part of lip to another. I imagine one is supposed to be sexily pouting all French-like with lips that never meet in the middle except around a Galoise...

Pretty much all Clinique made me angry when I still insisted on buying it.

VO5 hot oil treatment. Slightly tepid goop treatment...

Benefit blusher - the one with pinky/bronzey split that's supposed to define your cheekbones. Made me look cadaverous. It's quite nice blending the 2 colours together though.

Ah right. I don't buy no7 make up, just the skincare stuff which I really like.

Not tried the skin care bunbaker.

I tend to use soap, water and a bit of Olay spf15
