Amber lovely dress, can see you in it.
Everything hope you have hot water by now.
I am always watching Sweaty Betty stuff on ebay, they have done more spring/autumn colours in previous seasons. I have also just ordered a heart rate monitor and paid a fiver more for one in bronze and orange as opposed to black or white
. Wouldn't want to fail on the colours front just before training as an analyst!
Who asked what the Insanity circuits are like? Marsha maybe? They're very different to Shred/Ripped etc as you work at maximum intensity (like, twice as hard as Jillian would have you go) for a couple of minutes (am too busy sweating to tell you exactly how long, but it can't be more than 3 mins I think), then take a 30 second break, then rinse and repeat. The warm up is hilarious, I find it harder than the actual work out! Things I like so far are the instructor's obsession with form over speed, reminding you to take breaks as required if you can't manage the intensity, and the count down clock that stays at the bottom of the screen displaying the overall time left and the time left in each interval. If any Jillian lovers are looking for something similar, she has just released something called Total Body Revolution, which is a 90 day programme with two 30 minute circuits every day (6 days a week) and I think they follow her usual 3-2-1 system.
I am eating hilarious quantities of food with all the exercise I am doing. I love not having to watch my diet so much! Makes all exercise worth it. Although am having to ingest vast quantities of protein to stave off muscle soreness, which limits things slightly. Refuse to drink those godawful protein shakes unless I really have to, so am egging, cottage cheesing and seeding at all possible opportunities.
What can I buy to wear on my legs now that will not be comically unsuitable when the weather warms up? Don't think I can face anything of the chino variety. Maybe more coloured skinnies, I miss my teal jbrands since shrinking out of them.
