Wedge trainers - so a yes or no?

Since I have become obsessed with this blog have started to wonder about some wedge trainers - particularly these ones

So has anyone got them - do you wear them a lot? I like how they're styled with white skinnies and can envisage wearing them a fair bit . . .

Like the Ash ones,less sporty just casual.
Am 5ft 3 but about a stone overweight atm

As I said on Wise and Avid thread,I love Does My Bum Look 40 blog,agree samey as always in skinnies but love scarves/cardigans/jackets/bags etc.

Well I love them!

But not alas on me.

And then today saw random woman wearing them and she looked great but her style was a lot more casual than mine.

So ordered the asos wedges in the tan and they are far too narrow. Pity I thought they were lovely.

Am now looking at the topshop versions In the hope my wide plates of meat would fit them.

Have sent my genial wedges back - I really liked them but didn't really feel they suited me!
I usually size down in Ash but would have needed the true size
I had a lady in today with the 'fashionista' hi tops in and she really suited them - again not me unfortunately!

I am awaiting the Ash mid heel wedge trainers to arrive on my doorstep. Finally broke after doing quite well selling a couple of old dressed on ebay :)

I wanted to share with you all that I have just received my Ash trainers These. I love them!!! I often wear skinny jeans and they look good with them. The mid wedge is less daunting than the high wedge but enough to give 5ft nothing me a bit of a lift!!!

I think wedge trainers look a bit ridiculous and try hard

I have bought a black pair in River Island for £40. I wear mine with black leggings or skinny jeans.

I'm normally a size 41, but my Ash wedges are just too tight on my feet, so they'll go on eBay soon.
