Fritzi it's a shame you can't share that with your Mother, I understand the disapproval though, and how difficult it can be to deal with. Good for you that you have had a nice few days though, no disapproval from us!
reine meant to link this recipe to for you, its one of my stand bys. I don't bother with hazelnut oil, just use EVO. Is lovely as light and easy to put together. Love NY's platter idea too, but then I love the whole sharing and grazing thing.
Blue I have Hypnose. Its ok, I'm not amazed by it. Seems to be very clumpy in the tube though and not sure it will last that long.
How's DD Bloss today?
We have just had a hairy 24 hours, our re-mortgage application was refused, in terms of borrowing more ££ to do our loft. Proof that things are a different ball game with the bank now, lending is very tight. We have had to sell shares, and really review fiances etc and all over work on the house is now on hold. Managed to raise the funds for the loft...just, poor DH had a sleepless night about. So this might not be a very avid summer for me. So the need to remain wise is more important than ever.
