On train home now with a very slightly sore head
. Had a fantastic time last night (and over a leisurely- and large- breakfast this morning.) Will attempt to summarise slight blurry recollections of last night.....
Fantastic to meet for the first time my roomy Hopefully, who rocked the Me and Em dress, the Official Thread Wendy (OTW) Mominatrix who was an advert for leather leggings and I had a lovely chat with, and Vin/Entrophy who stunned us all with a surprise appearance in gorgeous colours. So pleased that Amber made it but glad she sat opposite to me so no direct comparison could be made between her amazing youthful bloom and my slightly more mature visage.
Honourable awards to Apuski for the best hangover- hope you are feeling better now (alrhough did not detract from elegance and beautiful sparkly necklace last night) and to Pickled for ensuring that she didn't have a hangover by getting rid of the toxins early..... Runners up in W and A Lush Awards are me for missing my mouth and pouring champagne straight down my front (haven't checked new top for stains yet), and Red for lovingly stroking Pickled's hair in the middle of the night in a case of mistaken identity.
Ollie looked amazing in a beautiful MV top, everything looked va va voom in a fitted navy dress, and Fritzi wore a beautiful silver glittery top- and we wore matching M and S patent heels! Emo def won the shoes award for me in the most amazing silver sparky heels, and Ants had gorgeous top with stars print on. Reine wore an amazing oversized sequined dress and in no way looked like Christian Slater. Bloss lived up to the description of the 'slinky' Whistles top she was wearing, and Red was also an ad for Whistles in a beautiful lace dress. Marsha looked hot in red Halston with amazing new Celine bag that was passed round and cooed over. Pickled looked great in lovely print blouse and skirt that was a tad too big due to weight loss.
At least half the party was seen dancing at various intervals during the evening, and obviously we all became MUCH better dancers as the evening wore on....
I had a ball, ladies. Heres to the next one.
