There are 30 days in June. Who wants to do the 30 day shred every day this month?

Right, ladies its that time of year one has to get shredded. There are holidays, there are barbecues, there are weddings to attend. One has to look good, and one has to undo any overindulgence of attending said events.

So I will be doing the 30 day shred every day in June, unless extraneous circumstances prevent me, these being:

Loss of life or loss of limb;
Illness involving either puking or high temperature;
Velcro-baby (i.e sick child keeping one up all night or similar shenanigans)

Any other excuses will not be tolerated.

Is anyone else in? You must check in daily to say you've done it and you may post your weight loss or inch loss weekly if you feel inclined. Plus wax lyrical about how shredded you feel and how hard your bottom is and how you can't really lift your arm very well or it shakes like a leaf but it doesn't matter because you can fit into your least mumsy swimsuit.

I am looking for a dvd or regime that concentrates on toning your legs now,my arms & abs are looking great but my legs still need some work.Anyone know of one i can do?

I agree with you, much better to have a day or two off to help the body recover then more likely to have a better workout when you do train.

I went to zumba today so no shred but will be back to it tomorrow first thing.

I have probably managed 4 or 5 days a week rather than every day. I am feeling more toned but haven't lost a single pound. Tatty, how have you done it? I want to loose 10 pounds!

I have ribs!!!! Real actual bony ribs and I can see them. Weight hasn't gone down but I am definitely slimmer. I've lost 2 inches from my underbust measurement. Hopefully the other measurements will catch up soon.

I am on the mend. It was a bug after all! This has now been confirmed to me in ways I will not gross you out bore you with but will no doubt lead to further weight loss due to shitting through the eye of a needle loss of appetite so there you go. Bit of a slow burner but glad I've had uh, confirmation and the end is nigh!

Hope you are all doing well and well done to those who have shredded most days this month.

I know its not the 30th yet but has anyone shredded every single day this month yet?

Oh god I'm failing at the last hurdle....I will do tomorrow and Thursday, that'll make 28 days out of 32 so not horrendous.

I forgot to post yesterday but i have shredded every day so far,i havent got time this morning to do todays so i'll do it this evening after work.

I have lost a stone so far & inches & inches so i'm a happy bunny Grin

Wow - everyone have done really well. I'm still on level 2 as I want to be able to get through those bloody V raises before I move up to L3 because I'm a bloody perfectionist

I've lost about 6 lbs but would say I may nearly have got down to a size 10 - I definitely look more toned and my fitness levels have really increased.

I definitely wouldn't have stuck with it for as long as I have without this thread so a million thanks tatty :o

Is anyone going to start a thread for July, or use this one as I would love to join in!! Have been doing it about 3 times a week for a couple of weeks, with a few runs too, but would like to start doing it every day next month. Sounds like some of you have had real success, amazing!

I did day 4 of level 1 today and can definately feel a difference already!

Only problem was my DVD stuck half way through and when I got it to play, it had no sound and was at 2x speed Confused
So I had to do the rest from memory

So far, so good Grin

Thats me shredded,managed to shred every day & like i said earlier i have lost a stone in weight,gone down 1 dress size & i look more toned as well.

I actually have a six pack.

Good luck everyone still going through their shred,i think i will shred every other day & some wii exercises the other days.

I haven't shredded today but ran around the park and did some of the shred exercises in between circuits so don't feel I cheated.

Might try level 3 tomorrow morning.

Just want to say thanks to Tatty and the rest of you for showing me the way forward. I downloaded Jillian to my ipad last night and did my first session just now.

I think I managed about 80 per cent of the programme at level 1 so I have some way to go but I want to tone up for my holiday - in early August - so I have a goal to keep me going.

The posts of what you have achieved have really fired me up!
