Hello again, have added myself properly now! Just back from a run, prob won't shred again this week as have a half marathon on sunday, and my shoulder is hurting from yesterday's shred, and I don't want to put myself out of the race. Have been running now for a couple of years, prob 2-3 times a week, did the london marathon last year, and have never been heavier
, yes, I'm fit, but am also now a tight 14 rather than a loose 12.... On hols in 6 weeks, so really hoping the shred will do its magic.
