So your doing the 30 day shred! want to keep a logg?

Im starting the 30 day shred on Monday and ive seen alot of you have orderd it or are also starting monday.

Was wondering if it was a good idea to measure ourselfs in the top of our thighs, tummy, hips and whatever else in inchs to see how much we loose from where, also adding our height and weight aswell

we could put our measurements on before we start then update it after our 30 day shred?

I will measure myself over the weekend and update this thread in time for monday incase anyones intrested, or would just like to hear the results

Day 1 , Level 1 here My lovely DC gave me a set of weights for Mothers Day, so I thought i'd better get started this morning. DC sat on the sofa and laughed encouraged me, fed me water, and counted out the 5-second breathers!

It wasn't too hard.

Finished! Day 30 done yesterday! Grin
Stuck to ten days on each level and didn't take any days off at all so really really smug pleased with myself! Grin Of course, I can't find my bleeding tape measure anywhere this morning so I haven't done my stats yet, but I weighed and I have lost 6 lbs in all. Was a bit disappointed with that tbh, but my fitness levels have improved so much, so quickly that I know I should be pleased. Still would have liked to have shifted the 20lbs that it mentions on the DVD cover Sad
I originally thought I would try and do it for 60 days to really shape up for summer but I'm so BORED of it that I'm definitely going to have a few days rest!
Will post stats when I have found my tape measure.

Keep going everyone!

WELL DONE pixie - wow you really smashed it out the park, damn right you should be feeling smug, im jelous!!!

Finishing my steriods today for my asthma, so should start shredding again tomorrow, and cant wait.

I personally wouldnt be dissapointed with 6lb loss in a month, i think thats bloody good, thats true weight that has been lost aswell as apposed to lost weight the wrong way which will be back on in a week as it wasent lost properly. Just think if you did it again, you would have lost just under a stone in 2 months!!!

hurry up and put your results on, im really excited to hear them.

where is everyone else- come on people come back and start shredding again, if you fell off the ban wagon jump back on especiallly as its starting to get warmer- get shredding for summer!!!
