Evening all,

redllama - I like the red one but it looks like it could be quite long on a shortish person.

hf - how horrible for you, and obviously the poor man and his family.

NY - sounds like you did a good job at the interview - fingers crossed.

cake - what a lovely day. I always think of you swanning around London's finest museums when I take DD to our one rather rubbish museum Grin

Left DH to put DD to bed tonight so that I could get to gym and back before Gypsy weddings. Have discovered I can run to my gym in less than 10 minutes so no excuse really.

Watching Gok now too! A very intellectual night's viewing.

Thanks ladies, I prefer the red, but MrsJ rig about the length, will hit below the knee and be frumpy as hell (on me). The other one is in the petite range, which always fits well, so might get and see. I really, really want these to be amazing. Delusional?

Hhhm, chinos. Have never, ever looked good on me. Actually, I really struggle with my bottom half and tend to stick to skinnies at all times. Could do with branching out.

X-post Vin. Love Kalinda's look and general attitude. I find the should I / shouldn't I love triangle thing very annoying, but I am a fan of instant gratification.

Will now visualise Alicia when I see your posts!

hi all,

creeping back in if I may?

Work has been so manic of late (still is) that I have not been able to post or catch up on W&A news.

Edelman's shoeboot arrived yesterday!

redllamayellowllama · 25/01/2011 20:37

This is the thing Vin and thinking about my day-to-day life, leaning towards Coco the Clown. But with a simple White tank and red lips? Maybe?

He he. She's also articulate, intelligent and hot stuff. Focus on those characteristics.

redllamayellowllama · 25/01/2011 20:38

Agnes very nice, but am a short-arse, so need to avoid cropped in favour of shorts or full-length.

mrsjuan · 25/01/2011 20:46

Grin at running away from the gym vin - you do manage to get yourself into some situations!

Good luck with those trousers red! TS petite range fits me well too.

hellsbelles · 25/01/2011 20:49

DT - was about to FB you today to find out if you are o.k...glad to see you back.

REd - surely the hem could be taken up so it's perfect for you height? Don't discard it just cause of that!

Vin I too am lusting after J Brand Agnes and found these, I like navy for summer. Has anyone bought from this website? what would be the import duty situation? have been caught out before big time when my teenagers have bought from A&F in th US.

On the subject of kitchen gizmos I have them all! and with every purchase have thought this will definitely get me to do more cooking, baking etc. - it hasn't worked! But I am taking delivery of a Stanley Alpha tomorrow, which is like an Aga but with central heating capability - and this time I have promised myself that I really will spend more time cooking, baking!

My food processor is a Krups which also has mixing tools as well which facilitate baking, if you were only going to buy one or the other Smile.

NY glad interview went well.

Cake Your afternoon sounds lovely.

I have enjoyed Gok tonight, but don't know whether to watch Silent Witness or Gypsy weddings - very high brow here 9 (DH is reading a book on the Andes!)

redllamayellowllama · 25/01/2011 20:59

I avoid cropped as a style in general Hells, it makes my stumpy legs seem stumpier to me (rarely in heels due to issues with balance Blush).

Maybe I'll give the clowns a go, I've always been a fan of the glam land-girl look.

Vin, am speechless Grin

mrsjuan · 25/01/2011 21:04

vin- i repeat my previous comment Grin.

KILDARE4 · 25/01/2011 21:06

Red love the idea of polka dot flares with white tank and red lippy Smile, very chic.

CHOOGIRL · 25/01/2011 21:09

Stamp

Tracey are you watching Silent Witness? OMG Shock

blossoming · 25/01/2011 21:10

Polka dot flares?
I've only been gone 5 minutes!

KILDARE4 · 25/01/2011 21:11

Harry is still alive Shock
