Re: A&W first birthday party, I won't be able to say which weekends are no good for me in March yet (DH's work again!), so go ahead and plan and I'm going to do everything I can to make sure I get there (and DH is happy to help Smile)

DTI10 · 06/12/2010 21:42

Updated Edelman photo....Blush!!

CHOOGIRL · 06/12/2010 21:44

Hi all
Internet connection been v slow hence lack of posting.

Bloss have been thinking of you all week and said a little prayer in church yesterday .

Wore stripey Janice for the first time on Saturday with falkes and Edelmans - success I think. DTI10 for some reason cannot see your profile

LTEC I'm going to Nobu on 16th will I see you there?

Tracey Am Envy at you having booked holidays already.

Esher I quite liked the UGGs you linked to. I can't drive in my wellies so will be looking for something similar.

What's everyone wearing on Sunday?

mrsjuan · 06/12/2010 21:44

I can't see you DTI

eshermummy · 06/12/2010 21:45

Can't access your profile DT........

DTI10 · 06/12/2010 21:46

Arghghgh, what am I doing wrong? I just put the photo up and set it to visible to all.....

Will try again, sorry, not that interesting anyway.

mrsjuan · 06/12/2010 21:48

Is your actual profile turned on?

DTI10 · 06/12/2010 21:49

ok, one last attempt. Thank you!

MarshaBrady · 06/12/2010 21:50

DT it's working when there is a line under your name.

Zembo · 06/12/2010 21:51

Still not working DT...

Esher what are doing still on the computer?

LetThemEatCake · 06/12/2010 21:53

oooh la la lady, great legs! your feet only look big if mine do (we are sameish size) and quite frankly. mine don't. So they are keepers. Silly dh. Grin

don't worry, my dh has recently taken to telling me I look like a) Olive Oil and b) a spider.

DTI10 · 06/12/2010 21:54

I have checked again and it seems to be there. So sorry everyone - it's the first (and last) time I have uploaded a photo.

mrsjuan · 06/12/2010 21:54

Yay. It's working. I like your floor Grin

bunnymother · 06/12/2010 21:55

Vin - oh, I got a shiver I am so excited that you are starting a new chapter of your life! I hope very much that P bows out with not too much pain. Am thinking of you...

DD1 has a multitude of common toddler health issues at the mo' so been screaming and can't eat so all tired out and shuffling off to bed. Night night!

MarshaBrady · 06/12/2010 21:57

I am on iPhone - and squinting at small pic DT Grin

Think they are good.

DTI10 · 06/12/2010 21:59

mrsjuan - ha ha, I can't wear my floor, needs a good scrub with all the slush from the snow I have dragged in, but thank you.

awwwww cake you are too kind, thank you v much. I love Olive Oil Smile and really don't mind spiders!

Edelmans look good with trousers and I love the chunky sole. Might be a contender for Sunday.

LetThemEatCake · 06/12/2010 22:00

that'll be 4 of us in Edelmans then Grin

OP posts:
blossoming · 06/12/2010 22:00

Yup, beer goggles on ltec!

It didn't get above -5C here today and I really felt it. Luckily Boden have despatched that chunky cable tunic earlier than I thought so will put that on my list to hassle the postie for.
Good luck with the packing carciofi and good news about the bag. I noticed in the Boden catalogue lots of harbour blue, peacock and petrol. I bet they'd look great on you!

Ds is driving us to distraction. So bad that dh has said we're not getting our Christmas tree Saturday, or at all if he doesn't start behaving Sad.

DTI10 · 06/12/2010 22:01

vin - Smile

mrsjuan · 06/12/2010 22:03

I think they look great DT - feet def don't look big. Keep them. Fabulous, comfortable shoes are a rare gift Grin.

Right - I want to try out this oversized cashmere lark without spending a fortune.

Will this look like I've borrowed my nan's jumper?

what about this?

carciofi · 06/12/2010 22:08

Ignore your DH, DT, the shoes look fab.

Thanks Bloss. I'll take a look at the catalogue. I was telling DH I am an autumn. He was completely baffled.

DTI10 · 06/12/2010 22:08

Wink to the Edelmans as the W&A entry code.

mrsjuan - I like both. The first one looks v. similar to the one from Reiss (Bella).

LetThemEatCake · 06/12/2010 22:10

are they not both a bit wishy washy MrsJ? thought you were jewel tones?

on which note - bloss you just hate them cos they're brown Grin

sorry about ds. The endless 'phases'.

OP posts:
DolceeBanana · 06/12/2010 22:12

DT - can vouch that boots look good too. Not clodhopperish at all.

Dh's are funny arent they! Confused

I can sympathise. Mine detests some shoe-boots I have and says they look orthopaedic. He asked our 4 yo son what he thought. DS said they looked cool. Grin

Bunny...have a good night sleep...

Night all...off to bed now too.

Fleecy · 06/12/2010 22:16

I take it none of you like my oh-so-tasteful outfit for tomorrow then? Grin

vin I forgot to congratulate you on taking action and getting rid! Hope you have the courage to stay strong and things go smoothly.
