Oh my God, I choked (try and hum along to We Three Kings...)!! But here is the new thread.

OP posts:
Bonsoir · 25/11/2010 14:48

Oh yes, congratulations bunnymother. Fantastically good weight for twins! And lovely names of course Smile

mrsjuan · 25/11/2010 14:48

Thanks hells, I have got the no cry sleep solution. It worked when we were trying to minimise the night wakings this time last year (she used to be up at least 10 times a night so I suppose we have had some progress. - will see if it has any further insight.

I have a lot of respect for Tanya Byron so will see what she has to say. Not keen on baby whisperer.

DD is 18 months now. Glad your DD is a good sleeper - gives me some hope that when and if I have another we might have more luck.

But enough of my complaints - lets celebrate the birth of the bunnies instead!

notyummy · 25/11/2010 14:52

Am sooooo excited for the Bunny family. (And, I know it is SUCH a cliche - but what good weights for twins!)

MrsJ - Do report back on skinnies please - seem to recall our body shapes are not a million miles apart so i will be interested in your findinds.

Hells - Lace tights - I got a hugely expensive pair that ripped after 2 wears. I have since bought a £6 pair from M and S that are great - and got admiring comments on Tuesday.here. Not the best of pictures, but they are nice on. I also bought these but haven't worn them yet.

hellsbelles · 25/11/2010 14:53

gosh my spelling is shocking! Yes probably worth googling Dr. Tanya as I'm sure she covered this on her programme. I was all geared up for the same issues with DD and they never happened. (I'm sort of glad it was this way round...as I would have had an awful shock if DS had been a good sleeper and then got hit with a shocker 2nd time round Grin))

hellsbelles · 25/11/2010 14:54

Thanks NY - I will check out M&S this afternoon - I didn't realise they had lace tights (not quite sure why!!)

Congratulations and welcome to the world baby bunnies!

OllieWollieWoo · 25/11/2010 16:23

Lovely news from The Bunny house!

Lovely to think she thought to txt Blossoming. I feel like handing out cigars but will make do with a Smile

OllieWollieWoo · 25/11/2010 16:27

Oh yes - enough mention of the MIL in the nude episode! I still feel slightly faint at the very memory!

(For those of you who were not around in the summer, MIL wanted to take DS1 to the beach, asked to borrow a swimming costume, I handed one over and put head back in closet to look for another one, turned back around and MIL was standing there completely starkers climbing into it! One of the worse experiences of my life - seriously!)

5 pounds and 15 ounces and 6 pounds and 5 ounces - wow, such great weights for twins. My DD was a singleton and weighed less than the littlest. I loved having her so tiny but then I do adore the newborn phase.

Congratulations Bunny what a great start you've given them. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

VerityBrulee · 25/11/2010 16:46

Congratulations Bunny and welcome Emmeline and Aurelia Smile

blossoming · 25/11/2010 16:57

Thanks for the conversion pickled, what a great weight!

AllBuggiedOut · 25/11/2010 17:00

Ooh hurrah for baby bunnies!

And roma very happy to order you a Janice and post it on.

mrsjuan · 25/11/2010 17:22

Oh wow - they are fantastic weights! Amazing work bunny.

Alas - no sign of the elusive peacock brooch cake and no go on the skinnies - none in my size and from trying on the size below I don't think they'll work for me and my stumpy legs! NY I think we are similar but you're tall aren't you? I think a few extra inches makes all the difference with skinny jeans.

Bonsoir · 25/11/2010 17:57

Had two fab deliveries this afternoon: our new coffee table (DSS2 and DD have both approved, now awaiting DP) and Monoprix online supermarket which, amazingly, arrived five hours after placing the order Shock. I am converted!

Popped into Bonpoint on the way to pick up DD from school and lingered over this...

traceybath · 25/11/2010 18:01

How sweet Bonsoir - good job I live nowhere near a bonpoint Smile

Got DS1's school report which was lovely and made me laugh as was commented that he needs to be at the front of the mat during storytime so as to keep him focused. Was chatting to DS about this and he whispered 'its because the teacher really likes me mummy - she likes me to be near her' Smile

Those are fab weights for twins. Hope Bunny is feeling ok - I was very very sick and shakey after my c-sections.

Bonsoir · 25/11/2010 18:03

tracey - it was in that very same branch of Bontpoint, perilously fortuitously close to home and on the school run, that a Wise & Avid friend (before the concept had been named) said to me "But you must buy her that dress - you might never have another daughter."

Cue serious overspending!!!
