Ladies, there is already another thread about this...but I couldn't resist.

VEERRYY cute - those of you who are broody, you have been warned!

I am torn between wondering just HOW LONG that must have taken...and being amazed at how clever the ideas and execution are. Very creative - and I guess a potential business idea.

Enjoy!

I'm not sure whether I find the Mila website cute or slightly disturbing!

rufus101 · 29/09/2010 11:07

That woman has far too much time on her hands! I find the images a bit disturbing. This innocent little bub, being used as a prop for her parent's creativity and being displayed on a blog without her consent.(yes I know it's a baby and she can't talk/give her consent, but that's my point) Sorry, I'm a bit evangelical when it comes to informed consent and permission etc

Zembo, I think you should get the 25s.

Mila's mother is very inventive. I used to collapse with a magazine whenever dd slept. Blush

Will sign up to your blog now, Plum.

carciofi · 29/09/2010 11:37

Oh, I found my credit card (missing for about 6 weeks)! DD had slipped it under the DVD player. I only found it because I lifted it to clean the crumbs from the slice of toast she tried to pop in earlier!

blossoming · 29/09/2010 11:54

That sounds quite an obvious place now carciofi!

Wet and miserable here but Dh working from home and sausages for lunch. Getting into comfort food season!!

How about these beauties Cake? I love them.... They also have same style and heel height with chunkier heel...

Love those boots Plum...but even extravagant ole me would have a problem paying that for DCs shoes!!!! God, who'd have thought...maybe I am growing up, definitely that was a very wise statement for me....Hmm

Weather naff....got a bit wet this morning...definitely need a hat of sorts...Tracey, don't you have a hat you wear in wet weather? Where from - any rec?

Been to a friends this morning who has the most gorgeous huge kitchen/family room/dining room....all limestone floors and Paint and Paper Library greys/chalky whites etc....with great grey cable knit throws swathed over chalky white and silvery grey sofas....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....I want to move in....! I.Want.It.Now.!!!

Right decided I need some more cashmere as so warm...where can I get decent quality at good value...?

DolceeBanana · 29/09/2010 14:10

Thought you'd have loved the friends' kitchen Tracey...any news on house front...we haven't got any viewings lined up at the mo...so depressing! Well, not depressing but you see what I mean...

Dolcee - looking round one house on saturday but suspect garden will be too small. Really fed up though with lack of stuff on the market as I'm sure you are too.

Re. cashmere - I really think you get what you pay for and love brora but it is £££.

Am wearing white com merino tunic/dress today and its nice and warm.

DolceeBanana · 29/09/2010 14:49

Think the Mila photos slightly disturbing too...you never know who's watching....eeurghhh....

DolceeBanana · 29/09/2010 14:54

Yes Tracey...think you are probably right about cashmere...I love Brora too but should wait until sales I suppose... Is it the tunic dress you are wearing? The navy?

I'm popping up to the White Co outlet place next week to have a look.

Yes agreed with stuff on market...crappo...I am getting quite impatient...though nothing I can do about it. But, for instance, really want to buy some pieces of furniture etc. and feel like I'm in limbo because I don't know what sizes etc...what fits here won't nec fit in new place etc etc...
Right, school dash (in the rain) what fun!

Had haircut today - now look like KK. Wondering whether to ask for a fringe 2 days before the wedding weekend was a good idea Confused. Hope its just a case of getting used to it - if not, the trilby will be getting an outing sooner than planned!

Had another OWW type scrape (as Blossoming affectionaly calls them!) Impulsively brought a dress from ebay for the black tie party on Saturday (decided my black dress was a tad too plain), received it yesterday and the seller had sent me a size 8 instead of a 12. Of course now I want to wear it more than ever so have brought another one and paid extra for it to be sent to Mums by 9.00am tomorrow, just before they leave for the airport so they can bring it with them! Thought it was the bride that was supposed to have dress stress!

Hi all
Am wearing birdie dress today with coral cardi, grey tights, and......BEAUTIFUL brand new tobacco coloured brogues with a 2 inch heel. Am normally only flats Comfy and gorgeous.

So Thanks muchly to fleecy, ltec, yummy for styling. Should really take a pic.

The brogues are amazing. From Oxford institution Ducker and Son who now do tiny ladies range. So I must find many new outfits to wear with them as not cheap. Many admiring glances as I wore them out of the shop.

Can one wear brogues with trousers? Which sort?

roary · 29/09/2010 15:39

These are very similar but a less fancy toe and higher heel. here Can't stop admiring own feet. In cafe laughing at student hacks from the union talking about of they can get away with cancelling clegg! Verdict: yes. Because lib dems will never be important again!
