The previous Carry On thread is full, so thought I'd start the new one.

General comments, thoughts, anything that we fancy but NO willy waving!

It's not always the case but many people try vaping with cheap kit which doesn't work for them and then they give up. I spent loads on different batteries and tanks at the begining but I was really committed to vaping. It paid off as the spending slowed after a while and I've been off the fags and saving loads of money for over 3 years now.

Jins · 21/07/2017 18:33

The istick 30w is my favourite at the moment as it's so light and easy to use. i like eleaf products.

I second what Polter says. It can take a while to find the right kit for you. I got it wrong last time and gave up vaping but this time I committed to it better, allowed myself to replace things I didn't get on with whether it was liquid or kit and just got stuck in.

I've still got a box full of redundant kit.

Playing around until you find what works is a good investment.

Hi all, just hopping on here for a bit of urgent advice rather than start a new thread. Been trying to vape on and off for a while but never last long. Doing so well today but have run out of my fave juice and the others I have are vile! Dh has a couple I could try but they are 80% vg and I was told not to go above 50% with my kit - mini istick with mini nautilus. Can anyone advise before I run to the shop and fail again?!!

Polter · 14/08/2017 22:04

They should be fine with the mini nautilus. You might just need to leave gals between inhales to let the thicker juice wick properly.

Polter · 14/08/2017 22:04

Sorry, a bit late, hope you sorted it.

KittyOShea · 03/09/2017 18:43

I've lost my charger for my mini istick. Do you thing it would be safe to use my mobile phone one through the laptop just once so long as I supervise it?

CosmoSmallpiece · 03/09/2017 19:55

Should be fine, see pic. Issues with charging were largely to do with early ego type batteries and cheap knock off chargers as per iPhones etc.. Newer devices have inbuilt protection but as always never leave any electrical device charging unattended Grin

Thanks Cosmo!

CosmoSmallpiece · 03/09/2017 21:25

No problem. We got one of these multi usb chargers, can plug in iPads, phones, ecigs and anything else. Saves all those wall chargers Smile

Hi all, I've been vaping for a few weeks now and have two Endura T18e vapers. All great so far and have not smoked since day three, which I'm so happy about! However, recently, in last few days, it is making me cough horrendously 😱 which is rather upsetting. I use 3mg nicotine and 70/30 vg/pg juices and haven't changed that, so WHY am I now coughing when I inhale? When I wasn't before Confused And what can I do about it? Apparently, 70% vg is the highest I can use in this vaper. Would appreciate any suggestions as this coughing (not every time) is threatening to ruin my fun! Thanks lovely vaping vipers Smile

CosmoSmallpiece · 09/09/2017 17:21

Only thing I can think of the coils that come with the t18e are 1.5 ohms, not suited for high vg juices, and may not be wicking properly. High vg is thicker and really only suited to sub-ohm high wattage devices. I have seen one company advertising these as sub-ohm devices and pimping their own high vg juices, anything over .9 ohms aint sub-ohm.
The t18 only pumps out 14 watts, a true starter kit for a smoker so 50/50 pg/vg might help wicking.
Or you've got some shite coils Grin

FantasticButtocks · 09/09/2017 18:42

Thank you for replying. I hope they aren't duff coils I've just bought (Internet), as everything has been fine for the past few weeks with all the same liquids. Confused am taking smaller puffs

CosmoSmallpiece · 09/09/2017 20:20

If it's thick juice it may just be they've gunked up and need changing. Dark thick liquids may trash a coil far quicker than thin clear coloured liquids.
There's not a lot else to go wrong with the t18e, only variables are coil and liquid. I use the t18 coils, last maybe 3 weeks occasional use then they begin to taste funky.

I've just had an email about Black Friday bargains to be had now at www.ecigaspire.co.uk/

60% off some items with code M60. If that doesn't work on the item you're after there's 35% off across the site with code ASP35. Free postage

My friend picked up a Pockex for £15 but I suspect they'll be gone now. There was only white left when she bought

Jins · 27/11/2017 22:11

I bought this in the sale I mentioned above

www.ecigaspire.co.uk/shop.php#!/Aspire-mini-Pegasus-Quest-50w-mod-with-bonus-40amp-18650-Battery/p/83435037/category=26205434

Thought I was just getting the mod which was all I needed as my istick died last week. Turned out to be the full kit with the mini triton, spare glass, coils etc and an 18650 battery. For £12 and free postage it's a real bargain

Sale extended till Wednesday. Code M60
