It's calling but it will have to wait. I caned my PayPal yesterday on Eliquid and a Uwell crown which I'm playing with now. I've gradually worked up from 30w to 75w. Think I prefer it a bit cooler though.

Tried one of the new juices in my dripper. Yuck. Tastes of vomit. Still at 99p it can go down the sink. I really don't get on with one of the chemicals in the creamy flavours

jins creamy are my favourite! Well we're not going anywhere so order when you like, if at all.

Custards are my thing but I don't get on with butyric acid in some of them. I've got a 30ml bottle of juice sauz dohnut sitting here laughing at me.

So I've decided I need to quit smoking! It's terrifying and I've failed several times before but I've never tried using an e-cig as a replacement. I don't know where to start at all though!

Are all e-cigs the same or is there a recommended one? Also I see the liquids come in different strengths, how do you know what strength you need? I currently smoke around 20 lambert and butler a day.

Go to a local vape shop & ask them for a reasonable starter kit. They will be able to help you & show you how it works. I am now such an 'old' vaper that I am not up to speed with the newest kit.

If you smoke 20 a day 18mg strength is usually the one to start with.

I agree with magimedi. You may pay a bit more but you're more likely to start with kit that's going to work for you and you won't waste money on cheap starter kits.

I think the innokin Endura T18 is a pretty good starter kit myself but there are loads out there.

I'd also start with 18mg.

+1 vote for the innokin ensure t18 or t22! Brilliant little kits! Or if you want to buy separate, get a nautilus tank and an istick 30w, they're also brilliant

I live very rural and have no idea where the nearest vape shop even is, there isn't one in my town anyway!

Thanks a lot. Have ordered 2 of those. It says that they take up to 60 vg but can only find 50 or 70. Do you think they will be ok with 70 or am I best with 50?

The t18 can take 70% vg, had one myself. Are any of you guys going to Expo next weekend?

I use my T18 tank with 70 and it's OK as long as I don't chain vape. The coils are huge and last ages but make sure you follow the instructions and get them soaked thoroughly before vaping. Burnt coils are not nice.

If you look at www.onepoundeliquid.com the 18mg is 60/40. If you're concerned that 70 VG is too thick you could add a few drops of plain PG.

Good luck. It takes a while to get into the swing of things but the Endura is pretty close to the drag from a cigarette and you get lots of vapour from it

@ApocalypseNowt I think your question got lost in the flurry. It's absolutely normal to have some side effects when going from fags to vaping. It's worth looking at a 'what happens when I stop smoking' list to see what to expect. Coughing up crap is normal and do watch out for bleeding gums as smoking hides signs of gum disease.
