Ah pate is quite easy - you just cook off all the gibbons, at a bit of brandy, red wine and melted butter, season and blitz it.

I cba with the quiches, but nowhere here sells quiches that look homemade! I'm a bit worried as haven't quite got use to the new oven yet.

Can you at least buy the pastry cases and then just do the filling for the quiches?
