God knows what they are up to.
I have this horrible feeling that she has said to the club that she doesn't want it... and means it. Because otherwise it doesn't make any sense not to offer it to her. Perhaps she is only enjoying it and doing so well because she knows it's temporary? She always deflects praise onto the team, or emphasises (rightly, IMO) that coaching is a team effort so I continue to wonder if she has enough ego for it. Or she may have decided, after getting sacked from Rosengard, that the top job wasn't for her. I think she is keen to remain an involved mother as well - although I can't see how being head coach would take up significantly more time away from family in Holland than being assistant coach.
Anyway, she should get the job. If everything goes wrong afterwards, we can still sack her. And unless they have the next Emma Hayes or Sarina Wingman lined up, the permanent appointment is going to find her a hard act to follow.
Another thing about her which I find quite funny is that nobody seems to mind losing to her. Did you see how happy Straus was for her at the end of the game? And Matt Beard after the Liverpool game.
