Is it worth doing a day trip or do you really need to stay overnight at least? Obviously a day trip is more affordable but I'm worried we be too exhausted to enjoy it properly.

sharond101 · 10/11/2025 18:02

What would be the upper age for a child to fully enjoy?

Kentishbirdlife · 10/11/2025 22:08

What is the ideal age for children to visit?

youareonlyhereonce · 11/11/2025 10:00

Is there a spot for a packed lunch there ?

benjaminjamesandgraham · 11/11/2025 13:22

It's incredibly expensive for 3 nights - and if you add snowmobile rides at £179 each for adults, and food, it really is a once in a lifetime holiday for little ones, my question would be , what are the stand out features for this holiday that others cannot offer ?

lovemyflipflops · 11/11/2025 13:37

Sorry it's totally out of my price range, once you've booked the hotels with a 7.am flight from Manchester - which I think would be a nightmare - being up at 4am to get there - and the 'extras' of skiing and Rudolfs reindeer run - and the food - I cannot justify this - so my question would be - what is your target audience ?

Fancyquickthinker · 11/11/2025 14:03

If we chose bed and breakfast - is there a choice of restaurants within walking distance - if so could you recommend any ?
Is there good availability of family rooms and adjoining rooms ?
Do the children get to see Father Christmas and how much is that ?

ThatBeachLyfe · 11/11/2025 14:40

I'd love to do a Lapland Xmas break with the kids when they're a bit older and out of the tantrum years so it's actually enjoyable and memorable. (Mine are currently 3 and 6, but planning for when they're 5 and 8) When's the best time of year to book so you get the best availability/choice of rooms/activities etc? And which activities would you say are a must?

DinkyDaffodil · 12/11/2025 13:47

It would be a magical experience, what are your facilities for SEN or disabled children ? My child is neurodivergent and I'd like them to experience this with their siblings but would want to know if there are arrangements in place for this

whitepuffyclouds · 12/11/2025 16:20

I think the price of this rules it out for my family, but in the event that my premium bonds win bug, what would you say is the optimum age for children to enjoy it?

maureenponderosa · 12/11/2025 20:23

What's the best itinerary for the trip?

Dizzywizz · 13/11/2025 21:09

How close can you get to the reindeer?

Cocktailsandcheese · 14/11/2025 09:39

Will my 4 year old be able to participate in all the activities included in the Santa's Lapland magic package?

pushchairprincess · 14/11/2025 14:35

Does all transport to and from the hotel and activities be included when you book ?

ketchuporbrownsauce · 14/11/2025 14:53

Do you need to book the activities at the same time as the hotel - of would you advice to book the activities at the same time - and if so can I change the activity if I decide not to go ahead or will I loose my money for that activity I want to change - how flexible would this be.

DenDenDenise · 15/11/2025 13:24

Hello - I could not locate this on the website - but is there a grotto where the little ones can go ?

prawncocktailcrispss · 15/11/2025 14:54

How busy would it be - and if we go in peak season do the trips and teaching events generally go on time ?

ohdannyboy · 16/11/2025 09:04

Can I swap an activity if we have changed out minds - there are so many to pick but we could not afford to book more than two - both timewise an financially - so how flexible would the company be of people wanted to swap closer to the day ?

YaWeeFurryBastard · 16/11/2025 09:26

What is the difference between the standard package and the aurora package? It’s not very clear and I think if you want me to pay over £1k more (which I might depending on what it offers) you need to be very clear about what extras we’re getting.

Why do you show the prices per adult? I can’t imagine many couples are booking this holiday so I know when I look that the price you’re advertising is nowhere near the price I’ll pay. Why not price per family like your competitors?

Runningshorts · 17/11/2025 07:48

Is it fun for teenagers or more geared towards younger children?

chickenpotnoodle · 17/11/2025 09:44

If two families book together for 2026, can we both get a free child place for our 3 year old (will be 4 when we go) or is it best to book separately - we wanted adjoining rooms so thought booking together we were able to get the rooms we preferred - booking separately we may end up on different floors - help ??

lovemyflipflops · 17/11/2025 13:15

Is the transport from the airport shared - or can I upgrade to one taxi for all of us ?

hannahp1209 · 17/11/2025 14:41

I have a 4 year old, is it worth waiting until he is older as worried he cant tolerate cold for long. Thank you

AlltheHedgehogsontheWall · 17/11/2025 17:55

We are heading out with Santa's Lapland on 23rd and so excited! My question is, why is the itinerary only an "example" and the actual schedule isn't shared until we get there? Due to the early morning flight and time difference, travelling with young children, it would be helpful to plan out sleep times and adjust our routines at home.

Scrabbler · 17/11/2025 20:44

How many other people would be doing the experiences at the same time with you? Trying to understand if it be quiet and magical family time together…. or really busy!
