Do adjoining rooms get booked up really quick - and do you think it's worth contacting the hotel direct to book adjoining rooms and bi-ass the on-line booking to get the rooms you would ideally want ?

Hi @DanBenandBud We have plenty of family rooms and interconnecting rooms available to suit all family sizes, and they're available across all our hotels. It's always a good idea to book early to make sure you have the best choice of options, and you can speak to one of our Santa's Lapland Specialists who can help you choose the right rooms for your requirements.

Are the shops open on Christmas Day?

Hi @AlltheHedgehogsontheWall It varies by shop, and they will likely operate different hours but some will be open. The Fins celebrate Christmas on 24th December, so it's worth noting that some shops will be closed then.

It would be a magical experience, what are your facilities for SEN or disabled children ? My child is neurodivergent and I'd like them to experience this with their siblings but would want to know if there are arrangements in place for this

Our son is sen as well and we are doing the day trip as he has eating disorder as well. And we don't no if he eat the food out there as I don't no anyone that's been. We going to levi.
