Pmliu · 13/01/2019 22:44

My goal is to be a fitter healthier me so I can have more energy and keep up with my little ones. I'm doing this by eating healthier meals and trying to get in a routine of regular exercise

feeona123 · 13/01/2019 22:49

The only one I’ve set is to reach my goal weight, been working on it for over a year now and so close!

hibbertheather · 13/01/2019 23:09

Only to get less stressed and less often, I let too much bother me! I plan to do this by just going with the flow a bit more and not thinking too far ahead and getting too ahead of myself with worries

MrRichTea · 14/01/2019 02:50

By making the most of every single moment, making family "forever" memories together

Username123321 · 14/01/2019 02:53

My goal for 2019 is to lose weight. In order to achieve this I will be exercising more as well as cutting down on the junk food and swapping it for healthier alternatives with fewer calories.

chrisma232 · 14/01/2019 06:01

I'm planning to get more sleep as i really need it or at least some better quality of sleep to hopefully improve my health .I'm planning to make sure i stop checking the internet before bed or using a tablet/phone in bed.trying to sleep at a certain hour every night and not watching tv just before hand either. Also i will use a fitbit to see how much sleep i'm getting each night and see if it improves.

kamaxtra · 14/01/2019 07:39

My goal is just to continue trying to live a healthy life - eating well as often as possible, lots of fresh produce and less processed snacks. Lots of exercise, whether it's the gym, walking, etc. And mental health too - I'm going back to hypnotherapy to work on my anxiety.

amck13 · 14/01/2019 08:22

To improve my mental health! by being physically healthy and more organised :)

rejcomp · 14/01/2019 08:50

I am FINALLY going to cut my drinking right down this year! With the help of fitbit and the dry january app.

Helenge · 14/01/2019 09:56

I want to be more flexible and I'd love to do more yoga, something that will relax my mind and help me feel more awake!

So I will continue going to the gym and take part in some classes whilst doing it at home too!

Moonlight1 · 14/01/2019 09:57

My goal is to practice mindfulness every day. So far so good!

finleypop · 14/01/2019 10:09

My goal is to grow as much of our own fruit & veg as possible

Bez33 · 14/01/2019 10:19

To use our annual leave more wisely! We’ve taken a couple of days here and there in 2018, but we are making an effort to space out proper family holiday time throughout the year so that there is always something to look forward to.

lexy2009 · 14/01/2019 11:01

My goal is to try a new food at least once a week. Any recipes I love I’m going to print off and stick in my very own cookery book,

southernsun · 14/01/2019 11:31

Be less wasteful with money. For anything which is not essential we are going to (where possible) have a 7 day rule where we will wait until the following week to buy the item. If after 7 days we still really want it then we will get it, but as has already happened a few times, we are more likely to either forget about it or decide it is not something we really needed/wanted anyway.

Cashy17 · 14/01/2019 11:33

My husband and i are determined to pay down our mortgage. All our spare cash is now listed and on a spreadsheet that we agree to stick to.
The road to financial freedom here we come!

burwellmum · 14/01/2019 11:53

My goal is to start swimming regularly again. The children will keep nagging me until I start.

Sockmonster23 · 14/01/2019 13:02

I started Home educating my child a few months ago. My goal is to help her achieve her dreams and aspirations. Lead her to her gifts and bring out the confidence in her to do that.

addverbaan · 14/01/2019 13:02

I'm carrying on with my weight loss to lose the weight I piled on after quitting smoking 6 years ago. I'm 75% oft the way there now :-) I'm sticking to a low carb, high protein healthy balanced diet and its working slowly but surely

ladymadonna1 · 14/01/2019 13:37

This is a big year. I am soon returning to work after having my second child, but as my job offers absolutely no work life balance, it is my goal to find a new position within a few months. We are also hoping to move house, and I would like to lose my baby weight too. How to make it all happen? Sleep when blinking!

Pillowaddict · 14/01/2019 14:08

Goals for the year are connected to me recovering from an operation I jad at the beginning of the year. I was suffering from chronic pain so hope to heal, increase my fitness and health and be able to enioy more activities with the family. I aim to write out 12 new experiences for us to take part in over the year, and create a family calendar where we can write up the things we will do together. This will also help my eldest dd who had ASD traits and loves routine/needs to know what's coming. I'm looking forward to improving my positive outlook, and achieving some new experiences as a family.

purplevamp · 14/01/2019 14:10

This year I have decided not to make any New Year Resolutions as I only break them mid January. Instead I am going to try to lose weight (again!) but take it one day at a time.
