NOW CLOSED

It’s no secret that kitchens house potentially dangerous items that are intriguing to a toddler set on exploring. With this in mind, Fairy Non Bio would like to find out how you fare at spotting hazards in the kitchen. Take this quiz to find out and share how you get on below.

Here’s what Fairy Non Bio has to say: “There is nothing more special than watching your little one take their first steps or hearing them say their first words. These incredible moments will stay with us as parents forever but with them come new things to watch out for. As little explorers grow and begin discovering the world, the risks around them change, too. For Fairy Non Bio, we want to spread the word to keep your laundry detergents safely away from little hands. Click close lids, store products up high and be aware of where your child is when you are doing the washing.”

Whether you can spot hazards without thinking or need to brush up on your safety skills, share your score below to be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £300 voucher for the store of their choice (from a list).

Thanks and good luck!

5 here but that was because I thought some of the pictures had more than one hazard and picked the wrong one

Gibble1 · 22/12/2018 23:53

6/7 cause I was trying to click on the handle of the pan in the first photo 😬

BoldComicSans · 23/12/2018 07:21

7 out of 7. Surely all these were common sense? :/

mollymoo818 · 23/12/2018 08:08

I got 6 which I am fairly pleased about.

PenelopeParallelogram · 23/12/2018 09:09

7/7

yorkie18 · 23/12/2018 10:51

6 out of 7, it was just the bin one that threw me!

sarahbrokenshire · 23/12/2018 12:49

7 out of 7 :)

MaximilianNero · 23/12/2018 14:04

6/7

KittyKat88 · 23/12/2018 14:48

I apparently got 7/7 although it took a few taps to get it to accept my answer each time! They really were obvious hazards though so don't know how 'scientific' this was, and you could argue more than one hazard in a pic ie. the pan hanging off the stove had the handle sticking out, and the one with the wine glass & bottle also had a large heavy pan close to the edge of the counter. I'd argue a heavy pan on a small head would have done more damage than the wine glass!

lovewatchingrainfall · 23/12/2018 14:54

7/7 however I did feel that it was more common sense then anything else.

MogTheSleepyCat · 23/12/2018 17:40

I got 7/7 - jolly well ought to really seeing as I am one of the health and safety leads in my workplace!

lisalisa · 23/12/2018 20:10

5

lisalisa · 23/12/2018 20:10

5 out of 7 but then I do have mainly teens now ☺️

nogooddeedgoesunpunished · 23/12/2018 20:17

7/7 but I think there were more

Proudmum1719 · 23/12/2018 20:22

7/7 Not too difficult when the focus of the picture is the hazard, but there were several hazards in some pictures but only one correct answer...

RIPWalter · 23/12/2018 20:26

7/7

bluebump · 23/12/2018 20:33

7/7!

tubspreciousthings · 23/12/2018 20:46

7/7. 6/7 on first try as I couldn't figure out what to do! 🙄

HotInWinter · 23/12/2018 20:48

5/7

Id say the pan handle was more of a hazard than the actual pan.
And it ignore my attempt at clicking on the cleaning products.

PandoNoPants · 23/12/2018 21:00

7/7 here. Grin

cjb135 · 23/12/2018 21:04

6 out of 7 for me

ImAChaiseLongueGetMeOutOfHere · 23/12/2018 21:56

4/7 eek!

chibsortig · 23/12/2018 22:06

7/7
I do think laundry pods should come in better child proof packaging though.

tobypercy · 23/12/2018 22:45

6... not sure which one I missed (maybe the first one when I was slow working out what to do) but I saw several which weren't flagged lol

As one of the early PPs said, Fairy please change the look of your laundry pods not just let the boxes lock! One of several reasons I don't use them, why take such a stupid risk when other products are just as good?
