NOW CLOSED

It’s no secret that kitchens house potentially dangerous items that are intriguing to a toddler set on exploring. With this in mind, Fairy Non Bio would like to find out how you fare at spotting hazards in the kitchen. Take this quiz to find out and share how you get on below.

Here’s what Fairy Non Bio has to say: “There is nothing more special than watching your little one take their first steps or hearing them say their first words. These incredible moments will stay with us as parents forever but with them come new things to watch out for. As little explorers grow and begin discovering the world, the risks around them change, too. For Fairy Non Bio, we want to spread the word to keep your laundry detergents safely away from little hands. Click close lids, store products up high and be aware of where your child is when you are doing the washing.”

Whether you can spot hazards without thinking or need to brush up on your safety skills, share your score below to be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £300 voucher for the store of their choice (from a list).

Thanks and good luck!

6/7 as I clicked on the plug rather than the bin lid!

Dormouse1940 · 21/12/2018 15:34

7/7. To be fair, the biggest hazard in our kitchen is DP! [FGRIN]

thingywotsit · 21/12/2018 17:57

7, but found that ridiculously patronising.

Marg2k8 · 21/12/2018 19:28

5/7 because I was too slow

RhubarbAndCustards · 21/12/2018 19:50

7 here. All pretty obvious I would have thought as the pictures were all close ups of the hazards

helly27 · 21/12/2018 21:26

7 out of 7

CarlGrimesMissingEye · 21/12/2018 21:27

6/7 - as PP have said. Multiple hazards!

Redtartanshoes · 22/12/2018 00:11

5/7... shameful as I’m a H&S manager 😂

Minnibix · 22/12/2018 01:13

I got 7 out of 7 and they all seam really easy to spot, however it only takes a minute for a busy Mom to get distracted so you can never be to vigilant

oliveoyl72 · 22/12/2018 07:57

Your score: 6 / 7
Safe as houses
You spotted more than half of the hazards. Well done. Your kids are in safe hands. However, if you got less than full marks, play again to improve your score. It's better to be safe than sorry ...

SaltySeaBird · 22/12/2018 08:25

6/7 the only one I didn’t get was not because I didn’t spot it but because my DS let off a blood curdling scream from the kitchen so I thought I better check if there was a real hazard. It was okay, Marshall from PawPatrol was stuck.

The quiz was really obvious, not really sootbtge hazard as it was so zoomed in it was more clock on the giant thing right in front of you!

user1496053440 · 22/12/2018 15:03

I got 5/7, not too bad!

ladygoingGaga · 22/12/2018 15:57

6/7 for me too, stubby fingers stole my chances of a perfect score Grin

Amber0685 · 22/12/2018 16:09

7/7 quite easy though, only having to find one at a time

buffysummers4 · 22/12/2018 18:10

4 for me, I knew the hazards though, just didn't always click on the right bit of the photo I think (eg I clicked on the handle of the pan pointing outwards).

tata4now · 22/12/2018 18:12

3 Sad

Santasshoe · 22/12/2018 20:35

7/7

Wolfcub · 22/12/2018 20:40

6/7 frankly the heavy and potentially hot pan balanced on the edge of the work surface was a far bigger potential risk than the wine

mishknight · 22/12/2018 20:43

7 out of 7

SauvignonBlanche · 22/12/2018 20:44

7 here

CaptainCarp · 22/12/2018 20:46

6/7 because I was 2 slow on the bin one. I'm not a parent yet but some of those aren't just a hazard for children!

janekirk · 22/12/2018 21:44

5/7. I clicked on a couple of things that are obviously dangerous and they came up red as wrong?

marshgirl · 22/12/2018 22:40

6/7 for me

frazzled3ds · 22/12/2018 22:46

7 out of 7 :)
