NOW CLOSED

It’s no secret that kitchens house potentially dangerous items that are intriguing to a toddler set on exploring. With this in mind, Fairy Non Bio would like to find out how you fare at spotting hazards in the kitchen. Take this quiz to find out and share how you get on below.

Here’s what Fairy Non Bio has to say: “There is nothing more special than watching your little one take their first steps or hearing them say their first words. These incredible moments will stay with us as parents forever but with them come new things to watch out for. As little explorers grow and begin discovering the world, the risks around them change, too. For Fairy Non Bio, we want to spread the word to keep your laundry detergents safely away from little hands. Click close lids, store products up high and be aware of where your child is when you are doing the washing.”

Whether you can spot hazards without thinking or need to brush up on your safety skills, share your score below to be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £300 voucher for the store of their choice (from a list).

Thanks and good luck!

5/7 for me

cathyov · 31/12/2018 17:46

I got 5 but did not realise it was timed!
Will keep trying to be observant though.

Gigglegoat · 31/12/2018 19:06

I got 7/7! =)

katrinao · 31/12/2018 19:13

6/7 but the washing machine door open is also a hazard. I have to keep it closed to keep my 20 month old from trying to climb in!

Leanfun · 31/12/2018 20:05

7/7 very common sense. One picture of a kitchen would have been better.

Iamanent · 31/12/2018 20:10

6/7 only because I tried to click on the truck as well as the bin lid

AllAboutHallowsEve · 31/12/2018 20:28

5 out of 7. Oops!

annarack99 · 31/12/2018 20:58

7

nanoobaku · 31/12/2018 21:40

6 out of 7

CopperPan · 31/12/2018 23:18

I scored 6/7, but that's because it took me the first question to work out how to respond Blush.

GMFLondon · 01/01/2019 22:51

six, because I thought the pan was more of a hazard than the wine glass

musicalprof · 02/01/2019 00:13

6/7 because it didn't like me clicking on the handle of the saucepan...

Lulabellx1 · 02/01/2019 12:10

6/7, but that's because I didn't click close enough on the last one... would have been 7 of course! :)

Tefiti2 · 02/01/2019 21:44

7 - much easier than Alexas quick fire quiz..!

NightmareDaemon · 04/01/2019 23:18

I found the quiz offensive for insulting our intelligence so I scored 0/7 on purpose; could I get a prize for lowest score, please?

SleepingStandingUp · 04/01/2019 23:56

I got 6 BUT I disagree that the pan in the first photo with the handle pointing out wasn't a danger. They're more likely to pull a pan handle than touch a naked 🔥

Sugarhouse · 05/01/2019 00:38

6/7 but I was thinking the danger was a hot pan not the wine glass

WarmHugs · 05/01/2019 16:34

5/7 it reminded me of the hazard part of a driving theory test, and I panicked and just hit the screen randomly!

I am very savvy when it comes to danger in the household though, despite my click happy score.

LJH79 · 07/01/2019 06:49

I got 6 as wasn’t fast enough on one question!

ChocolateChipMuffin2016 · 07/01/2019 13:25

7/7 wasn't too hard!

Almostthere15 · 07/01/2019 15:32

I got 7 too. I think it's good that manufactors are thinking through the safety aspects but I do think it might be better to just redesign pods, they are much too appealing to little ones

Cupcakeicecream · 07/01/2019 17:28

All 7 correct whoop

UnfinishedSenten · 07/01/2019 17:31

7/7 GrinGrin

lisapop · 08/01/2019 15:19

7/7 but on some photos I spotted more than one

JohnCRaven · 12/01/2019 20:22

6/7

Six for me - but I in the last photo, there were two potential hazards, the pan and the wine glass. I thought a pan over the edge of the counter was more dangerous than a wine glass that was properly on the counter - so I contest my score!

Ditto! That pan on the edge was way more precarious.
