The team at NOW TV would love to hear which Christmas movie gets your family together and huddled around the TV with appropriately festive snacks Xmas Smile. Do you go for a classic, a new favourite, an animated flick or one which isn’t technically about Christmas but still reminds you of that time of year?

NOW TV say “With NOW TV, we have a host of family movies lined up for the festive period - from Frozen to The Polar Express and even the classic Sound of Music! Families can also enjoy newer movies like Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them and The Lego Batman Movie - all from the comfort of their own front room!”

Whatever the preference in your house, add your most-loved Christmas movie below and why it's simply the best for you and yours, and you will be entered into a prize draw where one person will win a £300 voucher for a store of their choice (from a list).

Thanks and good luck

Elf!!

Emmy011 · 23/11/2017 20:39

My favourite movie is 'It's a Wonderful Life', it always make me cry, but my daughters favourite is the Grinch! She loves the song around the Christmas tree at the end :)

littleme96 · 23/11/2017 20:44

Arthur Christmas - it is funny and sentimental at the same time. A real modern classic that all of my family love and are happy to watch over and over again.

itsali · 23/11/2017 20:47

I don't have one favourite although we love watching Hitchcock films at Christmas as it's traditional for us. For adults, I like Bad Santa and, with family, Santa Claus: The Movie and Elf.

Home Alone. A true Christmas classic with enough silly humour for us adults as well as the little one.

kayleigh39 · 23/11/2017 20:53

our favourite Christmas movie is Elf - Buddy gets up to all sorts of mischief, but it's a happy ever after ending !

EmNix · 23/11/2017 20:59

The muppets Christmas carol. Funny, great story. Love Rizzo the rat.
Always makes me smile watching it.

MoreProseccoNow · 23/11/2017 21:02

It has to be The Snowman ⛄️

Sid98 · 23/11/2017 21:07

Elf as its funny

twinklenic · 23/11/2017 21:12

we love watching all the christmas films, the cheesier the better .

sbruin1122 · 23/11/2017 21:13

Arthur Christmas because the kids love it!

Funkyferret · 23/11/2017 21:19

The Holiday. Although we all love Jack Black, we really didn't fancy this, we thought it looked a bit silly and dull. But, as these lazy Christmas afternoons pan out, we gave it a go and laughed, cried and loved it. So, it's a firm favourite now.

AWholeLottaRosie · 23/11/2017 21:25

The Great Escape. Nothing remotely festive about it except that it seems to be on TV every Christmas and I have fond memories of watching it with my dad.

pennwood · 23/11/2017 21:28

The Snowman because all the family love it.

xcxcsophiexcxc · 23/11/2017 21:30

We love the grinch already made everyone watch it in September

Kennylou12 · 23/11/2017 21:30

We love the snowman, the music makes everyone so happy and cosy feeling, you can't get much more festive than that!

BellaVida · 23/11/2017 21:38

For me and DH, it's Love Actually every time.

For the DC it would be The Santa Clause, Home Alone or Polar Express.

juju3 · 23/11/2017 21:46

Toy Story 2

Rachdayan · 23/11/2017 22:03

Muppet Christmas Carol because its a classic story with a great message told in a light hearted way.....and the songs are as good as any west end musical!

freefan · 23/11/2017 22:06

Miracle on 34th Street is just the best Christmas Movie ever made and watching it leaves me all cosy inside and well I Believe :)

LeeR1985 · 23/11/2017 22:11

Has to be home alone. My local cinema always does a screening of it around christmas and I go see it every year. I love it. I used to love the movie as a kid and its just fun to watch

Clawdy · 23/11/2017 22:12

Love Actually. Probably the only thing my daughter and I agree about! We watch it every year as a Christmas tradition, and know almost every line.

hibbertheather · 23/11/2017 22:22

The grinch! Such a classic that we all love!

pfcpompeysarah · 23/11/2017 22:29

I love Miracle on 34th Street, I love the story line, and every time I see the scene with the Thanksgiving Day parade it reminds me of when I saw it in New York a good few years ago now, when it was lovely and snowing and I always wish I was back there then!

compy99 · 23/11/2017 22:38

The Snowman altogether now "we're walking in the air!"
