The team at NOW TV would love to hear which Christmas movie gets your family together and huddled around the TV with appropriately festive snacks Xmas Smile. Do you go for a classic, a new favourite, an animated flick or one which isn’t technically about Christmas but still reminds you of that time of year?

NOW TV say “With NOW TV, we have a host of family movies lined up for the festive period - from Frozen to The Polar Express and even the classic Sound of Music! Families can also enjoy newer movies like Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them and The Lego Batman Movie - all from the comfort of their own front room!”

Whatever the preference in your house, add your most-loved Christmas movie below and why it's simply the best for you and yours, and you will be entered into a prize draw where one person will win a £300 voucher for a store of their choice (from a list).

Thanks and good luck

White Christmas! It's a classic. The singing and dancing are amazing to watch even now. Such a lovely feel good film.

A christmas carol

Catmadroo · 23/11/2017 18:28

Polar Express is my sons favourite as he loves trains

ThemisA · 23/11/2017 18:30

We always watch 'Stuart Little' and 'Harry Potter'which are not strictly Christmas films but they are to us! Stuart Little is incredibly cute and all about family love and the Potter films are magical and exciting which makes a perfect afternoon for all.

Santa Claus: The Movie.. a bit dated but it has the best Santa character & reindeer, plus the super duper looper scene is ace Grin

BRILLBY · 23/11/2017 18:49

A classic for us - It's a Wonderful Life - just heart-warming.

liane1987 · 23/11/2017 18:50

Home Alone 2 . We all went as a family at christmas 3 years ago and we love sitting and reminiscing. NYC is such a magical place at Christmas :-)

lolly2011 · 23/11/2017 19:02

We love Arthur Christmas its our favourite movie then followed by Fred Claus.

Abominus · 23/11/2017 19:12

Home Alone. It's something i've watched every Christmas since i was knee high to a grasshopper. It would feel like something is missing if i didn't watch it. The kids seem to like it as well, so i don't have to force it upon them.

beelzebomb · 23/11/2017 19:17

The Bishop's Wife.
The best, feel good Christmassy film (Cary Grant stars) I've ever seen - watch it every year.

lovemyflipflops · 23/11/2017 19:35

For me it is the Miracle on 34th street, and Kris Kringle. I love it because of it's plot, seeing Father Christmas, and proving he is 'real' is a real heartwarmer and the perfect film to watch before the big day, it makes the non-believers or those on the edge a firm fan !

foxessocks · 23/11/2017 19:37

Arthur Christmas or Elf!

cocochips · 23/11/2017 19:43

Home Alone- it reminds me of my childhood

spottypjs · 23/11/2017 19:45

Santa Claus the movie! Every year it has to be watched I just love the kind of back story about Santa at the beginning.

mo3733 · 23/11/2017 19:46

the grinch always makes us all smile and feel christmassy

Popcornandbuttons · 23/11/2017 19:48

Home Alone by far! Silly enough to appeal to my 3yo and reminds me of being young and watching it at school on the last day of term before Christmas

jcyclops · 23/11/2017 19:53

Home Alone is the general favourite, although my favourite is Planes, Trains & Automobiles. But after a big Christmas Dinner I'm usually asleep before the opening titles have finished if it's a film I've seen before.

ifherbumwereabungalow · 23/11/2017 19:54

Once the little one is in bed me, DH and eldest snuggle up together to watch the most Christmassy film of all - Die Hard! Yippee kye-aye indeed

sammylea80 · 23/11/2017 20:02
