The team at NOW TV would love to hear which Christmas movie gets your family together and huddled around the TV with appropriately festive snacks Xmas Smile. Do you go for a classic, a new favourite, an animated flick or one which isn’t technically about Christmas but still reminds you of that time of year?

NOW TV say “With NOW TV, we have a host of family movies lined up for the festive period - from Frozen to The Polar Express and even the classic Sound of Music! Families can also enjoy newer movies like Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them and The Lego Batman Movie - all from the comfort of their own front room!”

Whatever the preference in your house, add your most-loved Christmas movie below and why it's simply the best for you and yours, and you will be entered into a prize draw where one person will win a £300 voucher for a store of their choice (from a list).

Thanks and good luck

Elf & Miracle on 34th street! Me and my daughters (5 and 10) all love both films.

HappyEverIftar · 04/12/2017 10:45

DH and I decorate the tree to Elf so that always holds nice memories. Then on Christmas Eve we watch National Lampoons Christmas Vacation - DH favourite. It's growing on me! Grin

It's a classic but I love Santa Claus the movie. Can't wait to watch it with my little ones this Christmas Eve :)

musicalprof · 04/12/2017 14:52

My favourite oldies are 'Miracle on 34th Street' (the original), 'It's A Wonderful Life' & 'Meet Me In St. Louis'. My guilty pleasures are 'Love Actually' & 'The Holiday'.

It's a Wonderful Life, still brings a tear to my eyes !

MipMipMip · 04/12/2017 16:33

Absolutely loving Arthur Christmas at the moment. Saw it was on yesterday - everyone sat down to watch, delaying what they were doing, and I even rang a relative so they could watch "with" us.

Emabrmsca · 04/12/2017 17:44

Definitely home alone (The first one is the best)! We love it. We watch it every year

Wineguzzler14 · 04/12/2017 19:51

We watch our favourite Christmas films leading up to the big day with It's a Wonderful Life (my favourite), Nightmare before Christmas, Grinch and finish off with Elf on Christmas Eve.

Squina1 · 04/12/2017 21:33

All the Nativity movies, as we every one makes us roll about laughing, and certainly gets us into the Christmas spirit!

chezvic · 04/12/2017 21:38

My favourite is Elf and it's now my husband and daughters too. I always put it on when I wrap my presents, I get the Bucks Fizz out and the mince pies and Christmas has begun!

McBounty · 04/12/2017 21:40

The polar express.

elf because it makes us laugh

VickyRsuperstar · 05/12/2017 00:54

Mine love Polar Express. We saw it at the cinema one year and they have insisted on watching it each year since then! It gets into a bit of a ritual with PJs, snacks and watching it before bedtime on Christmas eve!

WhatILoved · 05/12/2017 00:55

Elf. Really hilarious

libra101 · 05/12/2017 05:05

A golden oldie for us! 'It's A Wonderful Life', with James Stewart.

This movie has stood the test of time, and its powerful message and great acting has become a Christmas tradition for our family.

glmcall123 · 05/12/2017 06:16

PeasAndHarmony · 05/12/2017 07:05

My kids (6 &10) love the home alone movies and have even asked if I can go on holiday without them so they can have an adventure at home on their own.

Be careful what you wish for kids 🏖🍹☀️Xmas Grin
