Small house little tree. Decorated with alsorts and my favourite Christmas themed donaments all over the place. Looks like Santas grotto!

My DD is in charge of decorating. Her and her dad liek to put the tree up together and she doesn't like to go OTT but she does love fairy lights everywhere!!

we've got Harry Potter baubles on the tree along with claret, blue, west ham and homemade ones.
Lights on the tree are white but we have coloured lights around the archway and along the mantelpiece (ceramic baubles are also hung here)

In the hallway we have white/gold fairy lights around the spindles on the stair rail and tinsel wrapped round the hand rail

I'm sure the kids will want more up but think that's enough for now!

With baby due in 4 days, time will be limited but we'll do our best to make the house christmassy. Love the snowy artificial tree. The snow means you can be minimalist with decorations on the tree saving a bit of time but still looking super festive.

I use the same ones each year that I've had since I was a kid, but I'd definitely like to add a Twerking Reindeer from Homebase Xmas Smile

Fake tree, with decorations that are all traditions, including kids' homemade efforts. No attempt to coordinate or be stylish, but they love it. Chocolates are placed on tree but tend to get eaten in the run-up to Christmas and presents from others get put under tree.

We also have a carousel playing festive tunes and two hideous dancing Santas....

I love decorating!!! We have a fake tree....7ft and beautiful! I decorate it with mostly silver baubles but a few black ones in there too. Some our plain silver, some are glitter and then a handful are a gorgeous iridescent glass. We have white lights. I need to get a new star though. I put lights on the windows, and then lots of little ornamental items all throughout the house! I'm chief decorator and if anybody dares to touch my Christmas tree masterpiece....😂😂😂😂

Our faithful artificial large tree comes out every year, although this year we are going to treat it to some new lights. Covered in tinsel and always crackers and a chocolates of course! We have out more lights and tinsel round our hall so that people coming in feel Christmassy too.

We got a real tree yesterday and it smells divine, I prefer a sort of woodland theme so I've got hedgehogs, robins and antlers on my tree along with tartan baubles and nutcrackers. A lovely garland going along the mantel piece with candles dotted around and a flickering candelabra on the kitchen window sill.

we had our last tree fo 10 years so bought a new one last year.. 6ft green one.. we decorate it with 2 sets of lights, tinsel and then baubles and hanging bits we have had for years.. it isnt neat BUT the kids do it so if they love it, then so do i.. nothing matches but it looks great..

we usually buy one new thing each year.. this year we went for a countdown to Xmas reindeer and the kids take it in turns counting how many days left and change the numbers on it..

we also have a couple of sets of lights outside around the door and window which look lovely plus some snowflakes stickers on the living room window..

lastly we have the most annoying singing and dancing Santa that comes out every year and several times a day the kids set him off. so funny to watch.
