To help showcase the new Sea Patrol range, PAW Patrol would love to hear about when your child has ‘saved the day’ themselves - this could be something like rescuing you from an awkward conversation with a neighbour, suggesting a fun day out you’d have never thought of, spotting someone in need or simply saying something which made you (or a family member) smile!

The team at PAW Patrol say “Trouble is on the horizon at Adventure Beach! Help Ryder and the team of pups save the baby octopus by jumping aboard the PAW Patrol Sea Patroller. Equipped with flashing lights, sounds and a detachable anchor, this rescue vehicle comes with everything your little one will need to sail the high seas. As captain, they’ll have command of the life ring launcher, as well as the handy crane and cage – perfect for getting Ryder into hard-to-reach places. This dual boat/land vehicle can easily tackle rocky roads. Simply slide the bridge forward and wheels drop down, taking them over any terrain. There’s room for all Sea Patrol Light Up Pups aboard the Sea Patroller (additional figures are sold separately). The Sea Patroller can hold up to 2 Sea Patrol Vehicles, and comes with Ryder’s Rescue ATV. Load it into the Sea Patroller and use the front-opening ramp to send the PAW Patrol on a roll! For extra-tricky missions that require flight, the helipad on the back of the ship is the perfect launching spot for Skye’s Sea Patrol Vehicle (sold separately). Whether land, sea or air, the PAW Patrol will be there!”
The Sea Patrol range is suitable for ages 3 years and over.

Add your comment to this thread and you will be entered into a prize draw where one winner will get - not only a £300 Argos voucher but also a PAW Patrol pack - consisting of Sea Patroller, 6 Sea Patrol Vehicles and 6 Sea Patrol Light Up Pups - worth over £200 Smile.

Thanks and good luck

My late husband always used to get creepy crawly's out of the house but my little boy has taken over this role bravely picking up spiders and taking them out for me. In the summer we had a snake in the garden from the woods and he just dealt with it while the girls and I just froze. My little hero

My 3 year old daughter is always saving the day with her baby sister. She fetches nappies when I'm elbow deep in poo, she rushes to stop her if the baby gate isn't closed and she's heading towards the stairs and she always fetches an adult if her sister is about to hurt herself. She's a little hero.

My DD is six now but when she was two I was not in a great state: I had PTSD which had been triggered by birth trauma and although most of the time I was ok, there were times I was most definitely not. We were on our own in the house and I had a dreadful flashback to something which had happened years ago and I remember her saying 'love ooo mummy' over and over again till I was ok. She saved my day.

I managed to get myself locked in the bathroom when the handle broke on the inside but lucky enough to have a hero on the outside to rescue me!

My daughter was always ‘saving the day’ when she was a baby. Things were tough but her little face got us through

AR2012 · 14/10/2017 08:33

Just being a bundle of joy. Has made my day after working long stressful hours.

My DD found some keys in the street and decided to find who they belonged to. She made posters and put them up in our street and knocked on our neighbours doors (with me watching from afar) to seek out clues. She managed to reunite the keys with our neighbour who was so grateful that my DD got a box of sweets from him for her efforts.

My sons saves the day when ever he see someone hurt or upset he will go up to them and make sure they are of, if I am feeling ill he gives me lots of cuddles and offers to make me cakes to make me feel better.

ThemisA · 14/10/2017 09:15

When I did my back in (excruciating!) my eldest brought me tea, did the cooking for us all and helped to keep the youngest amused - what a star!

janeyf1 · 14/10/2017 09:20

My daughter has often saved the day without knowing it because when I don't want to accept an invitation to go somewhere that a colleague or acquaintance has suggested, I would say I can't get a babysitter and need to help my girl with her homework

juju3 · 14/10/2017 09:27

Before I had a smart phone - my daughter used hers to find exactly where we were in Birmingham - I was completely lost

Narnianescape · 14/10/2017 09:33

My lo was my superhero for reminding me what I went to the supermarket for

My little girl, Lani, saves the day for me on a daily basis. She knows I suffer with 'Mum Brain' and so does a little checklist for me before we leave for school! lol. However, it's not just me she saves the day for, her heart of gold means she saves the day for people she doesn't know too. We were walking through the city centre recently with her two little sisters. As we walked, we passed a homeless man on our right sat with his blanket and just a 4 pint of milk. Up ahead of us on the left was a busker playing beautiful South American music on a guitar. I gave the girls 50p each and told them it was completely up to them who they gave their 50p to - they could give it to the busker or the homeless man because both were equally deserving. Esmé (Lani's little sister) looked to Lani to see what she was going to do and Lani looked at me. I said "the choice is totally yours, Larn". She said to me "Mummy, I'm going to give it to the homeless man. Maybe then one day he can buy a guitar and play music too". She turned to the homeless man and walked towards him, Esmé quickly following. They gave him their money and the smile that spread across his face was something I'll never forget, and for them to know that they had caused that happiness is something I hope they'll never forget. He gave them both a high five and said "Bless you both". She saved his day, witthout a shadow of a doubt, and in doing that, she taught her little sister to give to those less fortunate. Proud mama.

During my last pregnancy I was very poorly and my then five-year-old son would notice me trying to get off the couch and would run over to help me up and hold my hand while escorting me where I was going - all of his own accord. He is so thoughtful. :D

lizd31 · 14/10/2017 10:00

My great niece takes great care of her GG. She loves to run around the garden & GG always goes with her but Olivia always holds up her hand when her GG tries to get up the garden steps & says 'No GG, Grandpa says no, you'll fall & hurt yourself'. Bless her.

IonaAilidh11 · 14/10/2017 10:17

ds saved the day many times when her brother was little, helping constantly with him

cluckyhen · 14/10/2017 10:19

We were burgled a few years back whilst asleep in the house - turns out it could have been much worse as they were disturbed by feet tramping across the landing going to the loo - turns out it was my son who was wide awake and getting a drink

maryandbuzz1 · 14/10/2017 10:21

Once on holiday we had parked the car in an unfamiliar town and enjoyed a lovely day out. However my husband and I thought we knew where we had parked but wandered around unable to spot or remember where the car was. As we were crossing the street my son rembered a particular shop and from there we were able to retrace our steps and eventually found the car!

wjanice121 · 14/10/2017 10:55

The night before we went on our first holiday abroad I set the alarm clock on my phone as we had to leave the house at 4am to go to the airport. I accidentally had the alarm set on Monday to Friday only and as the day was Sunday it didn't go off. My daughter set her own alarm and came through and woke me up phewwwww

hiddenmichelle · 14/10/2017 11:11

Mine are great at fetching things that I need after I am in the bath! (getting shampoo when I run out etc)

glenka · 14/10/2017 11:39

They save the day by helping out around the home and always keeping their bedrooms tidy.

andywedge · 14/10/2017 12:12

My son once reminded me I still had my slippers on when I was about to go out

footdust · 14/10/2017 12:27

Every time my daughter tells me she loves me that saves the day. It makes all the worry and stress of juggling home & work and trying to make ends meet worth it because I know I am doing it all for her.

beckyinman · 14/10/2017 12:31

I dropped my car keys down the back of a set of drawers and some little hands managed to save the day by reaching behind the gap and getting them out!
