To help showcase the new Sea Patrol range, PAW Patrol would love to hear about when your child has ‘saved the day’ themselves - this could be something like rescuing you from an awkward conversation with a neighbour, suggesting a fun day out you’d have never thought of, spotting someone in need or simply saying something which made you (or a family member) smile!

The team at PAW Patrol say “Trouble is on the horizon at Adventure Beach! Help Ryder and the team of pups save the baby octopus by jumping aboard the PAW Patrol Sea Patroller. Equipped with flashing lights, sounds and a detachable anchor, this rescue vehicle comes with everything your little one will need to sail the high seas. As captain, they’ll have command of the life ring launcher, as well as the handy crane and cage – perfect for getting Ryder into hard-to-reach places. This dual boat/land vehicle can easily tackle rocky roads. Simply slide the bridge forward and wheels drop down, taking them over any terrain. There’s room for all Sea Patrol Light Up Pups aboard the Sea Patroller (additional figures are sold separately). The Sea Patroller can hold up to 2 Sea Patrol Vehicles, and comes with Ryder’s Rescue ATV. Load it into the Sea Patroller and use the front-opening ramp to send the PAW Patrol on a roll! For extra-tricky missions that require flight, the helipad on the back of the ship is the perfect launching spot for Skye’s Sea Patrol Vehicle (sold separately). Whether land, sea or air, the PAW Patrol will be there!”
The Sea Patrol range is suitable for ages 3 years and over.

Add your comment to this thread and you will be entered into a prize draw where one winner will get - not only a £300 Argos voucher but also a PAW Patrol pack - consisting of Sea Patroller, 6 Sea Patrol Vehicles and 6 Sea Patrol Light Up Pups - worth over £200 Smile.

Thanks and good luck

Dd1 is always very caring and packs things up for her little sister,
Once while on a family day out, dd2 lost her dummy and was getting overtired, dd1 just took a dummy out of her little bag and handed it over to her sister. She truly helped us that day to make her sister happier and the day run smoothly

He woke me up on the morning of a very important university exam when my alarm clock failed!

(This was a rare day when we were all ill so he got up at 8 rather than the usual 5-6 o'clock, so it was close but I made it!)

I had to return some wellies to Tesco one day and put my toddler 1 in the trolley and her sister walked next to us. As I was returning them her sister told me that the spider toy my toddler can't live without was inside one of the wellies. When the lady checked, my toddler had indeed put the spider teddy in there ! Her sister really saved the day that day because my little one would have been heartbroken without Olivia the spider !

My son saved the day by digging up a huge well established honeysuckle root that I'd been struggling with for hours! The supporting trellis had collapsed and the whole thing needed digging up from the flowerbed to start again from scratch. I had been sawing off bits here and there and attacking it with a spade but he wrestled with it and managed it in the end. He would have been about 13 at the time! I was proud of his determination!

DS has luckily not inherited my forgetfulness and will usually tell me where the keys are in the morning or remind me of something I promised we would do when we get home.

He's saved the day today (after a bit of a shitty week) by suddenly running up to me and shouting "CUDDDDDDDLE" then giving me the biggest hug and kiss. Cheered me up like nothing else could have Smile.

When I was pregnant with twins, I could barely move and was in a lot of pain and had water retention. My then 4 year old would massage my legs and help lift them up on my gym ball to elevate them. Made all the difference.

Reminded me that I had a cake in the oven just before it was about to burn to a crisp!

We were out for a meal with my mother in law and she bought my 3 year old dts jelly as a treat. DT1 dropped his jelly on the floor and became extremely upset when he realised how much he'd lost. DT2 immediately scooped half his jelly out and put it in his brothers bowl.

Making a cake for 20 guests, DD says 'hey mum, isn't that too much salt for cake?'

DOH! Was supposed to be sugar haha. Although they technically saved their own hides since they played a prank and switched the sugar with the salt.

We love Paw Patrol!!

We went out the other day with some friends to explore a Dockyard (we didn't see a Sea Patroller, but we did go inside a submarine!), it was a long but very fun day, it didn't need saving, but when my friend said "it was a really fun day out", my 7 year old replied "It was even more fun because we got to go with you" and it was just so sweet and genuine and we all 'Awwwed' and they said how lovely he is. Always nice to hear that.

Ds2 is prone to nose bleeds and this year while on holiday, we had allowed them to walk up to the bouncy castle on the campsite alone (about 1 min walk). Ds2 (4) started with a nosebleed and Ds1 (6)calm as you like, got him off the bouncy castle, sat him down, whipped off one of his own socks to soak up the blood, then ran back to where we were staying to find us.

I was so proud of his sensible reaction!

They both love Paw Patrol, but DS2 doesn't like that not all the pups are on his pjs, put Skye on your boys clothes please!

Our local shopkeeper lost his arm in an accident many years ago. My son asked him "what happened to your arm" the shopkeeper replied "I lost it a long time ago". My son looked thoughtful but did not comment further until later that afternoon when he asked if we might go to the shop again as he had a surprise in his school bag for the shop-keeper - I was a little nervous but we went and when we got there my son proudly produced a poster with the words LOST in big letter and a picture of an arm and the word 'Please see nice shop-keeper if you find it' - It was so lovely, taken in good humour and the Lost Poster went up in the shop giving many a giggle ......

my eldest son (age 8) saves the day all the time! I have a terrible memory and lose things on a regular basis (mum brain!), my son however has a fabulous memory and always seems to know where things are, saving the day when my youngest has lost her bear that she decides she must take with her as we're going out the door and finding my phone which I put down in random places lol

feefeegabor · 01/11/2017 08:25

My daughter was born clever, I'm sure! She is always saving the day - whether it's reminding me what I am buying at the supermarket or telling me when I've left the kettle on or the bath running ....

southernsun · 01/11/2017 12:25

Last week on half term, I forgot to set an alarm for work. Our eldest saved the day by waking us up with just enough time to get sorted and out the house for an important meeting.

manfalou · 01/11/2017 21:27

My son saved the day when he found my glasses! I mean... he hid them in the first place but I couldn't see to actually find them myself so I'm pleased he got them for me haha

Lasplin84 · 01/11/2017 21:37

My little boy has saved the day when I dropped my car keys in the supermarket and he picked them up. I would not have noticed and would have lost them otherwise!
