~ Are your children My Little Pony fans? If so, who’s their favourite character and what’s their favourite scene from the trailer?

Yes a massive fan. She loves all the characters and wouldn't commit to just one! Favourite bit was when rainbowdash when she did the rainbow (I have no idea what this means).

~ What did you think of the trailer?
Me? I thought it looked awful and was inwardly recoiling that I'm going to have to spend money to see it at the cinema. Her? She had a huge smile on her face, gasped at what must have been a shocking scene and laughed at the funny parts. What can I say parents are suckers for their kids!

~ Do you think your children will see the movie?
Probably if I can get a babysitter for the little one. Will try and get discounted tickets though!

My dd is 4 and she loved the trailer, especially the bit where twilight sparkle gets covered in cake! Her favourite pony is rainbow dash.

My 5 year old daughter is so excited about this movie and we've watched the trailer so many times already! She's the biggest My Little Pony fan and knows everything about it. I think she's already memorised all of the details of the trailer. Her favourite character generally is Applejack.
Her favourite scenes in the trailer are when Spike turns into a Puffer Fish and when the big cake lands on Twilight Sparkle. She's also looking to find out who Tempest Shadow is and whether she's a 'good guy or a bad guy'.
From my point of view, I think the trailer is quite entertaining. I'm quite pleased that they have kept to the original format of the show and are using the usual voices for the Mane 6, but bringing in celebrity voices for the new characters. It looks like a lot of fun and I'm sure I will enjoy it when we go.
We will be going to see the movie opening weekend, I don't think my daughter can wait any longer than that. It's the movie event of the year for her.

My daughter loves my little pony! Her favourite is pinkie pie because she loves her curly hair.
She’s only 2 1/2 but she loved the part where twilight sparkle got squished by a cake and popped out.
I think the trailer is good and can’t wait to take my daughter this weekend when it’s out!

My little girl is 5 and her favourite pony is twilight sparkle. I've not shown her the trailer as I'm going to surprise her and take her to see it. She loves the cinema and MLP so she is going to loooooove this 😊

We're a massive mlp fan household, DD's favourite of the mane 6 is Fluttershy (mine is Rarity Blush).

It was hard to pick a favourite part of the trailer but we think the mermaid bit - poor Spike!

We are definitely going to watch it, inset day on release day! might be more excited than the child

My daughter already has one pony toy at home, after watching this she is asking for more ... . My son said before that MLP is just for girls - too sweet, after watching this he might possibly want to watch it - slowly changing his mind. My daughter said her favourite is the pretty castle ;-). My son likes the scary bits. Us girls like Twilight Sparkle. We might go to see it if they both still want to...

My DD (3) is just getting into My Little Pony. Her favourite is Twilight Sparkle.
The trailer was good - very colourful & fun looking!
I think I'll be taking her to see the film, her first full length feature film at the cinema!

I loved my little pony when I was a little girl and still have my pony's and all of my kids have loved them. They are undergoing a revival which is great, they have had a bit of a make over since I was little but my 2 youngest are mad for it just brought them some MYLP Pjs for Christmas. The trailer looks fun and enchanting ( even after being made to watch it a 100 times over by my twins ) Not sure about a favourite bit as they seem to like it all and they are only 3. Looks like we will be off to the pictures soon and of course twilight sparkle will have to come too.

I have a Princess Celestia fan who liked them getting mermaid tails. She will be very happy if she gets a chance to see the film, I'll have to decide whether or not I can face it...

My DS likes Applejack. He watches My Little Pony with his 2 girl cousins who are obsessed with it. Just watched this trailer with him and he now wants to go and see this movie. He liked when they turned into mermaid pony (sea horses 😉).
We will probably go and see this. The trailer looks as though the film will be a family film and bareable to watch 😂

My Dd is 3 and hasn't been to the cinema yet. She likes My Little Pony toys but hasn't watched on TV so doesn't have a fave one yet.

She liked the trailer "I love that, there's ponies, it was super".

I don't know if she is ready to sit through a feature length film yet and I think it looked a bit out of her age range. Maybe when it comes on DVD!

I have to admit if I was a little girl, I would love to go and watch this. I may have to go with my nieces instead. My boys don't find it appealing. I used to love my little pony products as a child. I remember watching the cartoons, and playing with the little figures with that colourful hair. I wish I had a daughter. I have plenty of nieces to share this post with. I'm a god parent to all of them. If this counts, we love it. I just might have the opportunity to watch this and share my childhood memories of my little pony. 💋

This trailer is really tempting to go and watch this movie with my sisters! 🤣😀😜 girls night out. Sorry boys. The funny thing is, I know for a fact my boys would watch this movie at home. I think boys are definitely interested in watching this but they wouldn't want to be seen at the cinema, watching this. I know that for a fact. How many of you mums, with boys would agree? Bear

Yes my daughter is a my little pony fan! Her favourite is Twilight Sparkle & her favourite bit front the trailer was when they get mermaid tails and Spike inflated like a puffa fish. She laughed and rewinded it to watch it again!
I thought it looked good, standard my little pony with a bit of movie drama thrown in which should be fun.
Yes I will take her to see it, probably with a friend too.
