Here’s the movie synopsis

“A dark force threatens Ponyville, and the Mane 6 - Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, and Rarity - embark on an unforgettable journey beyond Equestria where they meet new friends and exciting challenges on a quest to use the magic of friendship to save their home.

The film has an all-star voice cast including Emily Blunt, Kristin Chenoweth, Liev Schreiber, Michael Peña, Sia, Taye Diggs, Uzo Aduba and Zoe Saldana. The movie features original music and songs performed by Sia, Diggs, Saldana, Chenoweth and Blunt

the youngest loves it!

Little one loved the bright colours in the trailer, but he is quite young. My 7 year old niece loved it, she has a big rainbow dash soft toy so looks like I will have to take her to see it now.

both loved the trailer so much, her fave character is Princess Twilight Sparkle and we both can't wait to see it together!!

Olivia can't wait to see the film, she loves My Little Pony, Rainbow Dash is her favourite but she loves them all. The trailer was great so really looking forward to the film release

My mum saved the 'My little ponies' that I used to play with and my children play with them now! They love Applejack. They are not so sure about the newer version and I am not sure that they would sit still long enough to watch a movie in the cinema! Although I showed them the trailer and there was some excitement about the mermaids so maybe we will watch it at home when it is available to download!

Trailer looks good, will aim to see it next week

Rainbow Dash is a big favourite in our house and we can't wait to see the movie.

Both my children love this. My son 10 and Daughter nearly 6. Planning on going for her sixth birthday with some friends.

DD loves Pinkie Pie! wanted to watch the trailer again and looking forward to watching the film at the cinema

My DD wasn't so keen, although she might be a little bit too young

My 4 yo daughter, Lilly is excited for the film, she has seen the trailer and can't wait to see it. Her favourite pony is Pinkie Pie. We will wait for it to come out on Netflix rather than going to see it at the cinema though.

Very colourful trailer which seemed to go on a bit but she loved it & wants to see the film.

Her favorite bit was the cake splattering down & Pinkie Pie seems to be her favourite character probably because of the name.

I liked rainbow as it's played by Sia & the pony does have her eyes covered like Sia!

Well, I watched it with my son & as you may imagine, he was not impressed lol!

I thought the trailer was great and we'll see it as soon as.

My 4 yo DD has been madly into MLP for a couple of years now. Her favourite changes every day, but this morning she told me it is Fluttershy today. I think the film looks great but we'll probably wait until it's out on dvd to watch it as she gets a bit too scared of the scary bits at the cinema.

My children are not fans of My Little Pony and the trailers looks to childish for them . I don't think they will be intrested in seeing this movie.

Ari loves My Little Pony particularly Pinkie. She loved the trailer and can't wait to see the film. Her favourite bit was when she was flying through the air screaming because it was scary only to realise it was fun and to change and laugh.

She's already decided she's going to see the movie, but with Granny, not Mummy!
She would have liked the trailer to be longer
