My mini moment of happiness is always when I have time to sit down and drink a quiet coffee but if I've chosen to have instant, I get to pop open the seal of a new jar of coffee. It's silly and trivial but I do love it!

Sitting down after work with a cuppa!

When my 18 months old DD spontaneously dances and claps her hands, little smile lighting up her face. Magic.

When my eldest gets up in the morning, she always go in to see her younger sister in her bedroom and then she climbs into her cot and they play together. I love going in to her bedroom and finding the two of them laughing and giggling.

My boyfriend planned for us to go to Brussels which I knew but once I got there I decided he booked for us to go to Paris and Amsterdam on the same trip! Little things like him taking the time to plan makes me smile (which I try to give back to him as well)

Coming home from work and daughter has tidied her room without being asked

Mini moment of happiness today was when I popped on some music whilst washing up as my 9mo son sat in his highchair and he began laughing and swaying at the music. My 4yo then came in to join in and we all had a little dance. Was lovely!

When hubby puts LO to bed i sneakily put on the baby monitor so i can hear him reading to her. It's adorable, he does all different voices to the characters and LO chats away throughout. It never fails to make me smile. It's a great pick-me-up if i've had a bad day!

barker99 · 31/01/2015 21:11

Every cuddle with my little girl gives me a moment of happiness. One catch and whatever was upsetting me becomes unimportant and happiness takes over

KittyKat88 · 31/01/2015 21:15

Ah, my mini moments of happiness include DD2 (age 2) chasing DD1 (age 4) around the house roaring like a little monster, and I have to save DD1 because she's scared! It's priceless Grin that and getting to be 'mummy tickle monster' every day!

My mini moments of happiness from today was taking my 4yo bowling for the first time today. Every time, any of us hit anything (not that hard with the guards up!), he cheered us all and found it so exciting!

One of my mini moments of happiness is when I put my two little ones to bed, seeing them all tucked up in bed smelling of baby bath and baby cream with just the nightlight on, its so peaceful, gives me a rosy glow

I have my mini moment when my kiddies repeat my funny little sayings. They sound so funny coming out of their mouths. x

Khady · 31/01/2015 23:23

When DS says unintentionally says something funny or asks an awkward question, it makes me giggle.

lilmiztam22 · 31/01/2015 23:57

My mimi moment of happiness is going for a walk with my family, it's so simple and cheap but puts a smile on my face :)

tazarazamuffin · 01/02/2015 06:57

Watching my beautiful twins share things and chase each other around the house giggling. My son nearly died at birth and was diagnosed as deaf and possibly brain damanged but has shocked everyone by passing his hearing test at 12 months and no longer needing hearing aids and showing no signs of any brain damage so we are really lucky to have two healthy toddlers, even though they wear us out!!

howtoapproachthis · 01/02/2015 08:25

my mini moment of happiness is when i get into freshly made bed with a mug of hot chocolate and my laptop.... also and when my dd climbs in beside me and we pretend to hide from monsters.
