The team behind Annie the Movie says "If you've seen the film, you'll know Annie forms a strong attachment with her dog, Sandy. They always say a dog is a man's best friend, and he certainly is Annie's!"

Fred my little baby

Here is my loyal, funny, stinky, stubborn, grumpy 8 year old Lhasa Apso Dillon. Love him so much ?. I've written a little poem a out him. Hope you like it ????

An ode to my furball, my cute teddy bear,
I've had other pets but they do not compare,
Your cute little face always makes me feel glad
But sometimes your naughty and a little bit bad!

When you dig up my lawn you are not my best friend,
And that terrible smell that comes from your rear end...
You're frisky, you're risky, you don't like strange men
You've bitten my husband now and again...

When we go for a walk you pull on the lead
A terrible example, you are, of the breed!
You're smelly, you're dirty and a little bit grumpy,
You can't run that fast as your legs are so stumpy.

But Dillon, my gorgeous, my lovely sweet hound.
I'll love you forever, the best dog around

These dogs are all gorgeous! I live my 'doggy sidekick' life through other peoples dogs because we aren't allowed to have pets in our flat! :(

This is Stanley, our cockapoo. He isn't brave, or clever, or very good at fetch. But he is never far from my side, lets me know when carrier bags are blowing about and has a real hatred of horses running across the telly. I adore him.

My sidekick is our 9 year old Chihuahua x Pekingese Tiny. She is a real character...loyal, stubborn and very loving.

My doggy sidekick is Dexter, my little cutie.

These 2 little darlings are Freya & Freda. Still only babies yet at 15 and 16 months. Freya is a Scottish Deerhound x Irish Wolfhound & Freda is a Deerhound lurcher. They are as much a part of the family as the children

here is Poppy our new puppy who is adorable and taken all our hearts she definitely rules the roost at home now, she is a bichon and german spitz mix and 10mths out she s so well behaved until another dog comes up to me or i stroke one then she goes a bit ballistic , trying to scare the dog off , she gets very protective and jealous , we rescued her when she was 3mths form a home she wasn't being very well looked after her hair was so matted we had to have her shaved but she was still a little beauty, she is our first pet and i now wouldn't be without her for the world ,

My adorable - they make my family complete.

We still need a sidekick, especially now that my daughter discovered the Spot books

My doggie friend is Fat Fungus. He isn't really fat, just living the good life and I am glad to share it with him :)

My dog is Shortie. He is a 12 years old yorkiepoo. I rescued him from Bath Cats and Dogs home three years ago. He is a lovely boy and is with me all the time x

Here's our lovely boy Dasher on a beautiful walk recently. We love going for walks with him as a family. We got him from a family who no longer wanted him. He is so gentle towards our baby and his new favourite thing is helping to 'clear up' under the highchair now she is weaning!
