LA have refused SA and have now phoned and requested a meeting with me on Monday. (I am taking it to Tribunal)

What can i expect?

Im assuming they will be trying to talk me out of SA, what kind of offers are they likely to make?

Cor, great brainstorming....the service definitely plugs a gaping hole in the market and I feel the willingness to achieve our ends 'by all means necessary' as the UN Security Council would say offers a unique selling point ...

Let's not limit this wonderful new paradigm to LAs, let's diagnose children ourselves, and then turn the big guns back on those hacks who cobble together diagnostic services after a one-hour training course on how to dx a typical ASD child!

Silly Thread?

I'm for direct action. I think we should break into their offices, hack into their computers and generate new Statements giving evry child 1:1 support and unlimited ABA.

They'd then have to take us to SENDIST to get them revised.

The Conservative party have said that they will protect Disability Living Allowance and that they will work to ?simplify the assessment process for accessing services so that parents of disabled children do not have to go through the stressful ordeal of multiple assessments with numerous different professionals, as well as hours of form-filling.?

wasuup3000 · 22/05/2010 21:25

Sack them? What do you think?
