Essbee, wherever you are. Hope Thurs went OK. I agree that you should try to see your local CDC and Developmental Paediatrician. That way you will start to get access to services and support, even if its slow. Then you could best decide whether to use the money for private SLT, BIBIC or whatever. Hope you are OK, worringly silent.

BH, I'm a tart who gets around! But I only check 12 sections at most (counted them recently) and always only about 6.
