I’ve just got off the phone with them and they’re telling me that it’s likely it won’t be looked at until they look at her renewal in December. I am absolutely fuming

Because of the length of time COC are taking. She tried telling they’re done in date order which I said no they absolutely are not! I will be ringing my local MP again tomorrow and chasing up his progress with them. They’ve got no evidence of him emailing in and said they don’t have an email address. I really hope you have a better outcome xxx

Just got off phone still no decision it’s gone to a in house medical team what does this mean I’ve provided letters of doctors I asked how long it takes and he said about a week or so xxx

It’s absolutely ridiculous isn’t it! Nope! Just said that they will be looked at together likely 1st week of December! I am so angry! If I knew this was the case then I would have just waited to do the claim
for mobility with her renewal! X

The end of May on here was awarded this morning aswell for both care and mobility, I’m still not with a dm at 27 weeks COC

You will receive the back pay from the COC if they change rates but not if it was a renewal so it’s worth doing the COC even if it gets done with renewal

That’s the only positive thing. But that’s if they even award the mobility x

So sorry you’ve still not had your decision yet! Hopefully the in house medical team will have a good look at everything you’ve sent xxx

I just got off the phone to them SD 29th aug NC. They said a decision was made on monday but woukdnt tell me. I have a bad feeling though as he said if your unhappy with the decision you can do a MR or we can look at the evidence you have sent if it was dated before the decision was made. With in 30 days. Has anyone else been told this and it actually got awarded ? Thank you

Also if it was awarded when is the latest we would receive back pay please thank you

I’m not 100% sure but I think I’ve seen a few people who have had to looked at by an in house medical team. Xx

@Daryl54 The DWP’s in-house medical team is made up of qualified healthcare professionals who review medical evidence for Dla claims. Their role is to assess how a person’s health condition or disability affects their daily living and mobility. They do not make the final decision on a claim but provide medical advice to DWP decision makers to help ensure each case is assessed fairly and accurately. Hope this helps x

Called after work and its with a DM, so now I feel sick! Had a very big disagreement with the lady on the phone who told me they couldn't tell me when with the DM and I told her I'd been told by multiple people they can! She put me on hold and came back and said out of respect she could tell me it went to one today! So she lied!!!

Are u in the dm queue? I think that's the longest part :-( we have new report now as well so will send that off this week but ughhhh

MR 03/04 called again before lunch - trying to limit to once a week... the chap said the decision should be really soon .. I then pushed him and he said he could see a name attached so it's in the -'pile' with the decision maker - then he reiterated, it should be really soon. Does in the 'pile' with a decision make mean it's actually being looked at by a decision maker?

@Kittieflies that’s what they said to me and it was actually with a decision maker being looked at xxx

I called yesterday and they said it hasn’t been looked at yet and I will receive a text when it’s been done, normally they say it’s in the holding queue and hasn’t been allocated to a dm yet but I’m hoping the wait times will start coming down now there is only one March scan date left on here and no more Aprils before me?

When i called last week was told my evidence (3rd or 4th lot of extra) had been scanned and was in a queue for a dm... so im assuming I have least 8 weeks still :-(
Your the only april date I remember although not seeing many coc on the fb page
