Do you have to have a diagnosis for high rate mobility?

Called yesterday about our MR of 11/3 and told to expect another 5-6 weeks. 😐

Hi guys has anyone been awarded for NC June SD’s

My MR scan date is 13/02 and last Wednesday when I called it was still not with a decision maker. 29 weeks on Thursday. From Facebook groups it feels like most of Jan is done now so hopefully not too long wait for you or I!

@ElatedGreyBeaker mines 25/06 NC called yesterday couldn’t give me any info but seen a few on here for June 🤔 what dates yours?

Mine is 24/06
i called yesterday they advised waiting another 15 weeks however I know some people in June have been awarded I just hate not knowing 🥴😅

NC SD 04/06 not heard anything but seen as late as 24/06 awarded

scan date 16/6 just rang them and decision made yesterday but wouldn’t tell me over the phone x

Been awarded high rate care but they've not backdated it to my original scan date??!! I'm so confused why and now I'm being told I have to go tribunal for the back payment to be looked at?!!!

I rang back and spoke to a lovely man who went through everything she was awarded yesterday and backdated to 21/5 x

Was the form back later than the date on the front? I also dont think tribunal would do anything about backdate?

Nope! I spoke to someone it's an error on their part and they are correcting it today! I was so stressed xx

Has anyone heard anything for any renewals requested in May? We sent off our renewal on 18/05 and it runs out the end of Sept. I’m a state!

Just to update from a previous post I did..

I had a call from a polite man who said he was the case manager. He asked me a few questions about what professionals were involved with my son and what the GP had said and then he went on to ask if there was anything I wanted to add. I went on to stress our biggest issue which is bed time and night time getting up etc . He then said something along the lines of.. ‘I’m not sure when I will have made a decision but we will write to you’ … felt quite open / vague at the end.
I am not holding out too much hope as he masks at school and really they only have my word and referral to go on. Really wish I could be a fly on the wall!
for reference this is an MR and I will be 29 weeks since scan date on Thursday

Glad its getting corrected as if you dont have enough stress as it is

Hi all regarding UC, on a previous thread someone detailed how to make a complaint to UC regarding back payment. Would anyone be able to advice how to do this as I've been waiting 10 weeks. I just keep getting ignored or being told to write on journal which I have done!
There was a either a email or a department to contact but I can't find it. Thank you in advance xx

my daughters runs out beginning of oct ober and when i rang they said wont be done until very close to renewal date

Hi, just follow this link https://makeacomplaint.dwp.gov.uk/ , you will get to explain everything at the end and they will look into it, last time I did this in November I had the back pay in my account in a week.

You're welcome, 10 weeks is way too long, it's awful that they ignore us when they owe us money but I bet if we owed them they wouldn't stop contacting us not to mention this money is for children.
