I think it depends on the bank- some banks like Monzo it shows up pending quite early I believe. The usual is 3-5 working days though

Meglee93 · 31/08/2025 16:15

Do you always get text a decision with MR? I didn't with my initial claim but wondering if it's different for MR xx

rainbowzebra05 · 31/08/2025 16:29

NC SD 13/06

Others in the last thread had decisions from the same day, so I’m hoping this is my last one 🤞🏻

They haven’t done a bad job then tbf as when I applied back end of last year we waited 18/20 week! 10 is much more reasonable!

I think I will call on Wednesday at 29 weeks to see if it’s with a decision maker. I’d like to know eventually either way as the post here takes ages. !!

MrsKB16 · 31/08/2025 22:19

Hi all.
Dwp were meant to reply by 9th August to me taking it to Tribunal. They didnt! Rung courts on 11th August to see what happening. They said we will contact them and give them 2 more weeks. Called courts again on 26th August for them to say, we will contact them again and give them 4weeks then it will go into a Tribunal hearing date que. Why just keep moving the goal posted.
Feeling quite upset and low about it all.

On another note, my friends done a Mr 07/02. She had a call 9am Saturday morning from a lady Dm. Said she will make a decision today(meaning Saturday). My friends like il call them Tuesday, Nooooo call monday 😄 shes hoping her alittle Man will go from Mrc to high rate care.🤞

I waited 25 weeks in 2023 to be turned down. Its such a long wait. I had little hope after this experience so really relieved to have been awarded

Irongirl71 · 01/09/2025 00:53

NC SD 24/06 and 25/06 for my twins. It will be 10 weeks on Tuesday. So we shall see how long this wait is.

Mum398 · 01/09/2025 05:33

We are MR 11/3 so 30 weeks on Tuesday… When I last called a couple of weeks ago they said I was looking at September and here we are…!

It doesn't seem to be done in order. I think it's more a lottery. My daughters SD was 04/06

Yes it's a NC. There was someone on the last thread that was a NC from March and only awarded a week or so ago

ElatedGreyBeaker · 01/09/2025 09:01

I wasn’t aware. Hopefully we all get responses soon. I hope you receive a decision soon 🤞 xx

Meglee93 · 01/09/2025 09:21

Just called... mine was assigned to a decision maker on Friday, so nervous now 🙈🙈!!! Really hoping they make the right decision, my son is definitely entitled to high rate care xx
