xxstac3yxx · 04/09/2025 08:19

COC, SD 14/04

Going to ring up again today to see if I have time to send extra evidence in. Just waiting on a physio report to come through. 😅

Derpconfuse · 04/09/2025 09:02

What option do people select for a progress update?

I know they say don’t ask but plenty seem to

They really should move this to an online portal like UC

I think it's option 4. I'm tempted to ring myself as there's lot's of NC done for June

Darkmiss · 04/09/2025 09:18

Called today, a decision has been made but they no longer have access to see the decisions? Told to wait 10-14 days for a letter? Pressed option 3 when calling, will option 4 be able to tell me?

MR scan date 12.02

xxstac3yxx · 04/09/2025 09:19

Curlycookie5 · 03/09/2025 15:59

I’m not on Facebook but has there been any COC done on there recently?

Hi I just got done talking to DLA, thought I would update you but apparently he claims absolutely no ones coc has been done for April at all apparently. He said people with a coc date in april are apparently going to hear back roughly January time. So lord knows whats going on, it’s so confusing.

Darkmiss · 04/09/2025 09:40

Option 4 worked 😂 increased from lrc to mrc and stayed on lrm! Exactly what she's entitled to. Fingers crossed everyone gets their decisions soon, mine was a MR scan date 12.02 xx

Greenyb · 04/09/2025 10:23

Just curious how long are claims usually with a decision maker before a decision is made? My sons has been with a DM for over a week now 🤷🏽‍♀️

3isenough8 · 04/09/2025 10:44

M/r 25/03 just called was told to expect it to be a few more weeks and they are working on February now , and they are working weekends to catch up.

Derpconfuse · 04/09/2025 10:47

Wow ok

NC SD 24/06

Just called option 4 and had a 30 minute wait.

My child has been awarded MRC LRM. Lady asked me to get a pen to write down all the particulars haha.

Hadn’t received a text to say an award had been made.

To get the universal credit disabled child and carers element do I just put a note in the journal requesting them and that they be backdated to the date when I called for the forms?

They really do change there stories a lot 😂 as we know nearly all the March dates have been done and some febs are still waiting but I can’t see it taking another 4 months to get onto April scan dates.

They really do! I don’t see it taking that long either but it’s apparently because they need to prioritise new claims and mandatory reconsiderations.

I sent my NC off on the 19th August. Just called them they received forms on 22nd August. Long wait ahead for me. My last claim took about 11 weeks. Is this still the same or longer?

I called them up yesterday because my children were verified over two weeks ago! And was getting ignored in my journal for over two weeks. So I rang them and they escalated it. Got a message yesterday to say back pay will be in my account at the latest tomorrow by 8pm.

Have you called them? It's so strange isn't it! When I first got awarded universal credit gave me my backpay within a week! This time I think it's going to take ages xx

They are all over the place aren’t they, all the end of March seems to be done but people are still waiting before that. Have you called recently? The other person with a March coc scan date is with a dm.

tryingtoliveagoodlife · 04/09/2025 13:33

NC S/D 08/07, no letter or text received yet but backpay landed in account today :) good luck all!
