Congratulations I’m glad your wait is finally over. Did you send in much to support your claim changing to hrm? If you have I would ask for a statement of reasons why you wasn’t awarded hrm and do a mr. Thank you hopefully not to much longer for me I will be 25 weeks tomorrow

Cozy2025 · 29/09/2025 14:10

Nags7815 · 29/09/2025 14:53

Thank you, hopefully yours is not much longer. I think I sent enough, not to sure. I sent in blue badge, education physiologist report, ehcp, ot report, speech and language report. All with her needs on. She can’t read or write, communication of a 4 year old (she 11) sensory needs. Violent outbursts, she a flight risk outside. Has 25 hours 1 to 1 in school. School refuser.
Not sure if its worth doing the mr.

3isenough8 · 29/09/2025 15:01

It may be worth calling to ask for a statement of reasons to be sent out and then go from there, if it doesn’t look like they have looked at your claim properly then it’s definitely worth doing, but it’s another long wait. I’m hoping for mine to be changed to hrm but I know they don’t always award it, it’s all wait wait wait with Dla isn’t it 🙄

MR, SD 17.3 had a phone call today which I feel went well but I guess you can never tell. Anyone had a call and still got a no? Appealing for HRM instead of LRM

Payments usually hit accounts within 3-5 working days
