Just called for an update on my son’s renewal. Got through to a lovely lady in 5 mins. It’s not been looked at yet but renewals are taking a longer than usual and probably won’t be done until the day before it’s due to run out which is 5/8. Call then if I’ve not heard anything before.

My original date was 28th June 2024 looked back this morning such a long wait- I just hope it will be worth the year plus wait 😭 never bloody know with them. I’ve been lurking for months on here haha let me know if you hear anything xx

Yeah, you will receive another letter in your journal once they work out how much they need to backpay. I’m sure I received the letter within a week from this one then I messaged asking when I will receive the payment after they worked out the back pay and I got the payment a few days later X

Hi, I called again today to see if they’ve recieved supporting docs- they have which I good. Was told twice last week it’s with DM- to know be told today it’s still in the queue! Anyone else had this?

called just now got through in 10mins amazingly, and the lady said it’s with a DM and a decision should be made today or tomorrow. Believe that when I see it!

How does everyone find out their scan date please?? NC sent special delivery which was signed for 10/7/25. Still waiting to have confirmation they’ve received it.

I took a chance and and called NC SD 23/4 no decision as yet however did want to check my sort code and account! Here’s hoping 🤞

I just rang to see if they’d received extra evidence and the lady said it’s taking at least 6 months for new claims, when I said there’s people online saying they’ve been awarded in 15 weeks she scoffed and said don’t listen to people online 😂 what a misery guts! Obviously trying to stop me ringing again.

Ignore that rang option 4- my claim is with the DM and scan date 2/4 x good luck x

Hey yes fingers crossed it will be, did u migrate from WTC if so it may be linked to your Transitionsal period, when you get awarded the TP can erode away and they way they work it out is they 1st minus any money owed to them, and then they pay any overpayment due to you x

Yes I had this I phoned on 23/06 and they told me it was with the dm and then I’ve just phoned this morning and told me it’s still in a queue waiting

press option 4- they can give u much more detail x

Yes I pressed option 2 today to follow up evidence to be told it’s in the Que it played on my mind cause I was told it’s with DM last week so I rang and pressed option 4 and the lovely man confirmed it’s with DM x
