Worth calling today as they tend to do alot if awards on a Tuesday decision might have been made good luck 🤞

Just called and the automated part says if your calling about a claim we are processing this as quickly as possible and are told to hang up if they haven't asked you to call😂

i only called on friday, so was trying to hold out till the end of the week, i hate calling them because i feel like a nuisance and they could be using their time else where 🙈

Had a phone call from Dm. Asked if any changes since submitting MR, about personal hygiene and self harm. Advised I will have a letter by mid next week. (Although my postie comes fortnightly) was advised to call on Friday to be told decision over phone.

@Mommaof2babas hey! when you were on MRC did you have the UC disabled child element, I did but now on HRC same as you and am wondering how they work out back pay from that ? Xxx

Yeah I did get it on mrc and now they've changed it they've backdated the same dla did, so because we was originally getting paid already they just worked out the difference from what it should be i think its around 330 difference. I got 1000.05 backdated uc, have they told you the amount your getting?xx

ah I thought this would be the case I just wasn't sure, they haven't yet but sometime that a few days so not really expecting anything yet, at least they've sent the letter agreeing to backdate that's the main thing. Did they send your back pay to you already? X

I got both letters on friday in the space of about half hour, I thought i would've had the money tomorrow as that's the 3 working days and there was date on the letter but it was in my bank this morning? Hopefully you get your letter today then you'll have it before the weekend! Did you message back after you got the letter asking about the backpay?x

Aw that's good and yeah but nothing yet but I'm sure will be sometime this week xx

So I did all the UC stuff yesterday asking for back pay ect of the 2 elements, they confirmed my children this morning at 8am and it's been sent to a dm. Does anyone know how long this takes? Also if the disabled and carers element will be on my next statement that'd ready on the 18th, payment on 22nd. Thanks

I am tempted to call but it feels a bit pointless.

Nc sd 1/4 just rang for an update got through in 10 mins.
No decision made and stated new claims taking 25weeks.

Did they say if yours was with a decision maker or in the holding queue mines 4.4 nc x

They said que I think. Seeing soo many just before our dates so hopefully in the next week or so but never know could be the 25 weeks like she said but I hope not. By the time I get a decision on youngest sons it will be time for renewal for middle son. Keep me updated if you hear anything please

Will.do ,they told me last Friday to call back first week in October I just laughed down the phone IV also got my youngest NC SD 25.04 so I'll be on here a while lol keep me posted on yours to x

Nope nothing at all but I’ve been at work all day so haven’t been able to call or anything! I’ve seen a few after my date now so I’m starting to get a bit worried 😔

I just seen on the last thread someone was awarded same SD as mine 04.04 think they maybe in the April ones aswell now I'm going to call tomorrow was going to wait till Friday but thought what's the harm lol

Give them a call tomorrow if you get a chance maybe decision has been made x

It took 6 hours from them verifying my children this morning to a DM deciding they are going to back date my carers and disability element on UC! How quick was that! I haven't had a letter on my journal saying how much yet but they've confirmed it. I thought it would take another 15 weeks to sort it all out lol

Oh that was quick, i did mine yesterday morning, it hasn’t been verified yet , they left a message to chase it up in 3 weeks time. What a joke 😀

That was quick on my UC account they are usually pretty quick at doing things it might be different times for different areas you'll probably have your back pay from them maybe Friday ready for the weekend 😁
