Hey ladies just a question if anyone knows is DLA paid 4 weekly if so if it falls where 2 payments are made in 1 month for example July 1st then 29th July does August payment get missed, sorry not used to this

Hey, it is every 4 weekly and no it won't be missed so for example if It was 1st July then 29th July you'd still get a payment in August it'd be 26th, it's not a typical "monthly" payment it's a 4 weekly so you'll always get 13 payments in 12 months! Hope this helps!x

Is it true that once your claim gets escalated (‘marked urgent) they respond within 1-3 working days with a decision. I was told this today but it’s the first Iv heard

mine was marked urgent on Monday and still nothing yet x

I'm so frustrated at this point!
Just called for the second time today this wait really drives you crazy!

she said nothing yet but we have up to 25 weeks and I said yes but I’m starting to see March dates go through and she just said everyone’s claim is different.

i also sent extra evidence recorded delivery and it arrived at 6am Monday morning, still not uploaded onto the system! Why are they sooooo slow!

That's weird I sent my sons birth certificate on Monday and got it back signed delivery today so I assume they scanned it on. There must be different office all over for different parts of the country. That could be why the date are all over the place

I haven’t seen any end of March dates being awarded? I don’t think they’re that far ahead yet. I’ve seen a couple for beginning of March

We were both on renewal , our scan dates were end of February x

Does anyone know what date they are on with COC?

Just seen on FB MR 25/11 was awarded HRM today!! Seems as thought there getting quicker with decisions this week. Early December dates I think we should here by next Friday or Monday after hopefully! Not long hang in there everyone

They said it can take up to two weeks to be scanned onto his claim. Like how?! waste of £8 sending it recorded delivery. I hope it’s scanned on by tomorrow. I’m def gunna be here the full 25 weeks and the thought of being declined after all this is a killer!

MR 20/11 28 weeks 1day.

Yeah they told me same thing last week I sent mines of £8 then few days later received EHCP so had to pay another £8 but they was quick and scanned it next day after receiving it so as long as they put a note on to say awaiting docs you should be fine.

I hope you get awarded!! You should hopefully hear back next week!

@Lifeiswhatyoumakeit9124 they said lack of evidence even tho I've sent how much evidence off from doctors, paediatrician, family member, family support, loads of pages from myself 🙈 x
