yes, so a need has changed that may mean their entitled to a higher or lower rate x

Okaay could u give me an example Iknow what needs are but im new to this just been awarded yesterday for my boy x sorry

of course, for example if you got HRC but your child started sleeping through the night, they would no longer fit the criteria for HRC as its day & night needs x

@Kirstylou91 I seen people receive a text when been awarded saying, you've decided your child qualifies for DLA etc when awarded
Never like the one I received 😫

wouldnt even say received a txt incase they say wait for the letter xx
