@Kelz23 @Katiie13x yeah they said I could do a MR but obviously wait is another 25+ weeks, I don't even know if it worth doing because we've been declined on lack of evidence. I've sent letters from paediatrician, doctors, family support, a family member and loads of pages from myself. All from 2022 till start of 2025 so I literally don't have anymore to send 😫 she was awarded in 2023 HRC it should of been classed as a renewal but forms got missed so had to do them as new claim and she's worse now than 2023. I'm just so deflated I'm guessing it because she masks at school and there not on board x

@Mum2allgirls that is awful! It's sounds like it's been a disaster from the start! That is a lot of evidence, I'm so shocked, they've put you from hrc to nothing! I know it's a long wait but I'd go for mr x

I think you should definitely do the MR, by then you may have a lot more evidence and it gives you time to gather some extra things I know it’s a long and painful wait but it could definitely be worth it in the long run. honestly don’t stop fighting all our babies deserve it x

I am just trying to sit tight for now...... and watch in hope as the other February dates pop up. As I sent in the final of the EHCP this week (didn't have it before) I wondered in a strange way if it would delay things. Lets see.

I have been helping a relative to complete the forms for their twin boys, difference care needs than my ch. We completed them about 6 weeks after my child's but we live in the same area. Will be interesting to see when they hear back, as yet they have had no confirmation letter etc.

O yes I see what you mean.. the way it's going I bet your friend will be..
And yes I phoned at 9 this morning and its awaiting to be assigned to a decison maker ..HE. said hopefully within a month.. I'm not holding my breath x
