I no yea .. she didn't say.. just that it's with decision.maker..and it could be today tomorrow..Next week..
They have put on I would like a text..but whether they do I don't no coz I have seen some others asking for text and they never got one.

I’ve just got through and been told that it’s with a DM but the woman on the phone couldn’t tell me anymore than that. I will ring again next week if I haven’t had an update.

I’ve asked for a text has well but they said most don’t have the facility to do that 🙈

but after @Betsy93 being told it was with a decision maker then it not. Im doubting that ours is even with dm yet xx

I don't understand the hold up epically when people have been awarded well after us
. I feel so bad for people in January waiting.. I don't no when to ring next or just wait x

Hi @Mummyof4children hi I am still for mine to be verified l done change circumstances they said take few days to few weeks. X

I was shocked when I called at 10 and got straight through, she was nice enough the call handler was. But she said she can’t see when it went to a decision maker only that it’s with one- I’m sure in past they said when it went to one 🙈 but then give me the 25 week wait line 🙈 I mean it’s only been 14 weeks so I would of been shocked if it would have been done xx

But my children without dla have all been verified

Notsure then have you rang them sometimes they do it separate when did you update them? I have been waiting a week now had nothing so rang them today they said can tske few weeks mine got date on there needs to be done by which is 19th June. X

I done it originally and they all got verified but I got a journal message from uc to do it again as I put the award date not the claim date so I have done it again but only my children without dla have been verified not my daughter who gets dla it’s been over a weeek

It does take a little bit longer to verify children who r on DLA I think they check with dwp that it’s correct. I have just received a decision about back payment I’m just waiting for someone to calculate how much I notified them 3 weeks ago so it’s taking about 3 weeks for a decision for others waiting to hear about this

Probably have to wait till verify the one with dla maybe leave them message or ring them they did say to me can take few weeks mine says it pending thats what the lady said to me on phone today its pain waiting isnt it when got keep checking your uc account hope get it sorted soon. x

Everytime I ring uc they say I have to wait for someone to see my journal messages what did u say to them for them to tell u that

I said l been writing on my journal no one is getting back to me and said wanted makesure done everything right she checked said its pending and depends on there work load can take few weeks. My statment is due 22nd june says needs to be done before then fingers crossed 🤞 x

Oh god my statement is due this Monday I hope they won’t effect my money
