From what I understood, it’s not yet with decision maker but someone is checking eligibility checks. (= clerical work). Your letter will have a CLxxxx reference. When you send in the documents, pls don’t assume they got it and all is fine. Call and confirm. It’s okay to get told off:D

I sent my additional docs in late Feb (NC SD 22/1) and assumed all is fine as it’s tracked post. But when I called 2nd July, found out the details I sent were missed. That’s like 4 months wasted.

SD 21/02 rang up yesterday and decision was made on Saturday 7/06 so that was 15 weeks 1 day since scan date

So I’ve just called for my daughter’s renewal. Basically it wasn’t done it could be today or upto 2 months, he said good news it’s was received in time so will be treated as a renewal but it’s not been been done

Still sat on hold for an update on renewal. It’s as nerve wrecking as when I put the initial claim in as I feel it goes down to the attitude towards it on that specific decision maker.
I know they have guides to follow but just my personal opinion… hopefully not on hold too long…15 minutes in.

When did you send your renewal in my scan date was 20th feb was done 5th June for end date of 20th June l was quite shocked it was done two weeks before it ended. X

I couldn't resist calling up, HRC for 2 years cried happy tears for my wee boy 😭❤️

Loads of awards this morning on Facebook, mostly 20/2 onwards. One again from 3/3 they must of had alot scanned in on the 3rd lol. It's moving forward slowly good luck 🤞

MR 20/11 still no decision!
could be awaiting medical advice before making the decision, apparently could take 2 weeks which would leave me waiting 31 weeks in total!
she said they would sent out a txt when done!

Lots of NC awarded on FB nothing about any MRs awarded…

20th of May so I was later than I would of liked sending it back. I didn’t get any post for months (seems to be common where I live it’s even been on watchdog before) didn’t actually receive them till the end of March . So in one lot of post sent to me I had both my daughters renewal forms one run out the 29th of April. Managed to get it sent back the 18th of April… award renewed the day before it was due so the 28th. I was literally filling them in one after the other as quick as I possibly could. But my eldest daughters wasn’t done in time

A little more waiting to do but we will get there. Courage hunxx
