MR 27 weeks tomorrow. If someone calls today can you let us know what date they are working. Last I heard was 25/11 on Friday. Good luck to everyone for this week xx

Looks like a lot of people are being fobbed off this morning ain’t seen no one been awarded any awards on FB?

Currently been on hold 30mins as I just got a call saying EHCP been awarded but the letter may not come in time to send. I’ve never waited on hold always got through straight away so I guess a lot of people ringing today

Yeah there's been afew feb ones awarded. It seems to have slowed down there was loads posted last monday

@Mummyjustmummy seen a few ppl say marked as urgent .

Not yet will do in the afternoon. They did say on Friday that they will make a decision today but god knows if that was said to fob me off.
the system is a joke waiting times are ridiculous

I’m not sure if they just mark it as urgent to get us off the phone. I was marked as urgent early last week

Waited 40mins and got through in the middle of me talking the phone disconnected and of course no1 called back. Just called back and same thing happened again. I think something is wrong with the lines!

Happened to me the first time I called , I’ve called back been on hold 45 minutes now 😴

I couldn't wait for tomorrow and I just gave in and call.
My decision maker is on holiday apparently🙄.
And when I ask if the school has replied ,she said yes on the 3rd of June but the decision maker won't be back until a week time.
So I ask if that my case will be assigned as urgent as I am 30 weeks, she said that it doesn't mean anything, but what she could do is to re assigne to another decision maker.
These waitings are like torture .
I wish I could get my mind off this.
She wanted me to call next week again. I don't wish anyone waiting here to have the same decision maker as I do.It's crazy and unbelievable!

MR’s currently working on 27th November, they said Decembers will be started on Thursday or Friday told me not to bother calling back until Friday but probably won’t get decision back until next week🫤.

This is torture why don’t they call back when the phone disconnects! I’m still on hold been 30mins again last time got through at 43 so let’s hope not much longer. Hopefully not long left for us then if they are working 27th nov.

they’ve now messaged her for an update but obviously that depends on when she’s next in!

It’s honestly ridiculous

I have a feeling the MR will be rejected and I’ll have to fight through tribunal with another long wait. I’ve lost hope honestly where it’s taken so long. They just don’t seem like they care what so ever x
