That's ridiculous! No wonder it's all taking so long. Why don't they all have the normal monday - Friday 🤦‍♀️ if they only work 3 days a week this is why everything is so backlogged

I saw on Facebook someone started tribunal before they got MR decision and sent off the form. I feel like mines will be too but I’m really tryna stay positive. Let’s hope we are okay and we have done enough!! I just don’t want them to rush through the docs coz all I’m I’ve probably sent in over 50 pages! Like what more can we provide x

Was Told same thing working on 27th Nov for MR was really nice and he said they are working through them much quicker in the last week so he said by end of this week they should be on my date 3rd dec. I’m gna try not think about it anymore and give it 2 weeks!!

I know! It’s been with this decision maker a week now! She rang me on last Tuesday needing to see something before making the decision, I sent it straight in, they received it Wednesday morning!
The man I spoke to this morning said he only works mon-weds too and sometimes they’re called away for meetings etc so not always working on cases!

Does anyone know what COC date they are working on?

It is so draining, I’m dreading having to go to tribunal. I wouldn’t even know how long the wait for tribunal is but it’s probably longer.. I hope we both get our awards that’s one main concern I had I hope they read the document properly and don’t miss out all the main bits. I have my c section booked in for under 2 weeks and I’m hoping it’s sorted by then so I can stop stressing and finally relax. If it’s a positive outcome I’ll finally be able to put things in place for my daughter and for her safety x

Ohhhh no girl you don’t need all this stress and worry! I hope we both get what our daughters deserve and I wish you the best for the rest of your pregnancy. Try not to stress I know it’s hard. Just don’t give up fighting!! Xx

My DD was born with leg deformities, scoliosis and organ differences. Is an amputee. On a wheelchair all day. Wear prosthetic rigid prosthetic legs to stand. When bruising is too much and she cannot cope, she is on the floor. Have deformed hips and bones. Has consultant surgeons for orthopaedics, neurology, urology etc, spends so much time on the road for all these appointments and physio.

It’s like DLA is having a laugh at her circumstances. I do not know what else to think.

Just on hold again they said decision has been made on my daughter’s MR but they can’t tell me the decision. So I have refilled and then option 4. Hoping they can give me the news we are longing to hear

Hoping so. I have two NC 16/3 and 26/3. Got contacted a week ago to send off my sons birth certificate and recieved it back within 2 days

yes as it gets closer to the 15 weeks like they originally say but I’m going to be good and not call them as they clearly don’t want anyone calling from what other people have commented 🙈

I’ve not called them at all yet I’ll wait until I’m between the 15/16 week and try x

I've been a silent watcher and supporter for a while and haven't been feeling to helpful. But have by some miracle been awarded today 😅
NC - scan date - 24/02 text received today so dead on 15 weeks, for my 2 and a half year old with suspected autism. Shocked but so so greatful for my little boy and hope you all receive your outcomes soon.
