I feel I don’t have it in me to fight for an appeal….I already had my hands full with my eldest daughter and her care needs. And now my youngest is showing signs of autism/adhd( she’s been showing signs for a few years but Iv been in denial) and always am feel rock bottom. Iv been brushing it under the carpet for a very very long time

I know, it's not easy at all but let's hope it won't get to appeal for you xx

I can see my Mr is the oldest date here.
Mr sd is 15/11.
I really hope I hear something tomorrow. It has been quite a wait.I am not sure neither if I will go for an appeal .

That was what I thought, too, but no ,apparently .
I called on Friday for the first time, and I was told they sent a message to my ds nursery, but because of the school one week break, it's taking time.
She said she had left a message for the decision maker.
I'm just hanging here.the not knowing is too hard.
I will give them tomorrow and call back on Tuesday. It will be 30 weeks for me😊

oh bless you, thats so annoying! its annoying how they’ve said about mr’s to me and i’m not an mr but they’ve not even given me the right information it seems xx

Maybe that’s the hold up than they waiting for further information from nursery really hope it’s worth the wait & you get the award you deserve xx

I think the school holidays has delayed probably a lot of MR where the schools have been shut and they’ve not been able to call to them which is annoying x

I just would like to know, be it positive or negative. I just want to move on.it been over a year this waiting. Though I was awarded HRC in August but CAB encourage me to ask for Mobility because ds meet all 5 test under SMI(severe mental impairment).they helped me to weigh the risk and advice I go for it.
It's been a year and 3 weeks all together😊.

What is happening on there side? Renewal was done back sep 2024 because child turned 3
Feb 2025 they decided to keep child on the middle rate which was silly because he’s fully disabled sent a whole bunch of paperwork and they initially said 12 weeks. Now they saying won’t know until September 2025. Taking them a whole year? Thats bs. The initial decision makers are awful they trying to buy more time but they should just go through the paperwork properly the first time. Any way I can make a complaint?

rang this morning still no update my end- coc-29/11 x

Finally received the birth certificate. On hold now to speak to a case manager to see what happens next . (Already was with a DM was waiting on the birth certificate ) fingers crossed crossed I hear something bk

I've also rang this morning apparently they are taking between 25 to 30 weeks and I just have to wait 🙄🙄 utterly ridiculous
I also asked what dates they are working on and got told they can't tell me because they only get the same info we do apparently x

Bit of a joke that you’re almost at 28weeks waiting, have they said how long you could be waiting up to? I’m in Scotland so whenever I ask they say could be weeks, could be months but they are a few months behind. I waited roughly the same as everyone on here for my littles one new claim so I’m more than likely the same for COC X

mine was marked ‘urgent’ last monday, and everyone i know who got marked as urgent has had their decision now, really getting impatient now x

How many weeks was it marked urgent at? I'm getting so impatient now x

26+3 i’m now 27+3 x

I may request it's marked as urgent next week at 26 weeks. I'm so fed up of constantly getting different information x
